Me and Jean have been cooped up in the house for a while. So I ran to the store and grabbed some supplies to make cookies while he was sleeping.
We've been busy with work so we haven't had a lot of time to spend together. And what better way to spend time than to make cookies together.
I know he has been wanting some chocolate chip cookies and I never had the chance to make any for us, but today is the perfect opportunity.
Once I got home I set all the supplies down on the counter when I went to wake him up.
"Wake up darling, I have a surprise for you!" I whisper yell at him.
He groans before getting out of bed and following me to the kitchen.
"Want to make cookies?" I ask, and his face lights up.
"Hell Yeah!" He shouts as he rushes back to the bedroom to change into more appropriate clothes. I followed not far behind him.
After we finish changing, we both go back to the kitchen to start baking. He grabbed the milk, the eggs, and the butter while I got the pan and bowl ready for mixing.
We like our chocolate chips extra chocolatey so I told Jean to grab the bag of chocolate chips. I would soon regret this because he threw a handful of chocolate chips at me.
I gasp as I turn around to look at him, "What was the for?!"
He laughed and struggled to get out, "The look on your face!"
"Hey!" I shout before throwing some cookie dough at him.
He started laughing even harder, and soon I joined him.
We kept throwing the food at each other until there was nothing left for us to make cookies with.
"Man, I really wanted those cookies." I say, as we slowly start to calm down looking at the mess we made.
"We can go buy some once we clean up." He says as he wipes some cookie dough that got on my face.
"I can never bake with you!" I laugh
"Guess not!" He said grabbing the supplies to start cleaning.
