The city of Myslonna is bustling with horns honking and people buzzing around, even during the holidays. This night, teenagers and young adults are whizzing by in the streets. Yet, this circumstance of such hustle and bustle is nothing compared to the attention-grabbing and hype event occurring in a no-name land 20 miles away from the city.

The party was lively and energetic, with neon lights flashing and people dancing to loud music on the dance floor. While two-thirds of everyone was busy dancing like there was no tomorrow, others were occupied by drunk games, having body shots, and making out in public for everyone to see or in private.

However, the wild party of the month was about to end with a turn of events that would bring a significant consequence to everyone, particularly to a select few individuals.

While the attendees were amusing themselves., a couple sneakingly left the party and walked toward the woods behind the event; as they were safely a few feet away from prying eyes, they began to engage in a frantic make-out session. Before things could escalate furthermore, the sound of twigs snapping caused the couple to put their frenzy activity to a halt.

"Who is there?" The guy called out, but no one replied after a minute of silence passed, concluding that it might have just been some harmless creature; as they were going to continue from where they left off, another noise caught their attention- only this time- this seemed to be coming closer and nearer.

With the loud music playing in the background, an eerie feeling overcame the two as the night sky shrouded the woods in a spooky atmosphere; the shadows of the trees displayed such hallucinations to the couple in their scared situation, which made them creep out even further.

"SHOW YOURSELF!" The guy yelled; the crack in his voice was noticeable, but again, nobody answered. A cold chill went down their spine as fear spread through their veins because they noticed how the dark and bizarre surroundings were beginning to freak them out; with a quick decision, the two were about to make their way back- however- another sound caught their attention.

Instead of calling out, the couple speed walked away from the sound- the strange thing was it seemed as if this unknown individual was following them due to the couple constantly hearing the snapping and rustling of leaves and tree branches breaking, and seemed to get closer and closer; they broke out in a run. They ran as fast as their legs could, and just as the flashing disco lights of the party came to view, a figure- out of nowhere- stood before them; this resulted in them stopping in their tracks.

"Wh-who are you? W-wh-where did you come from? W-wh-what do you want from us?" The male stuttered while the female hid her trembling body behind him.

The figure clad in darkness stepped closer in front of them; as much as the couple wanted to edge away from the mysterious stranger, they couldn't because of the dread coursing through them; this feeling made their legs freeze and stick rooted on the spot- as if someone super-glued their feet to the ground.

The moon softly displayed its silver rays in the darkened woods; from the soft glow of moonlight, the two could slightly make out the figure- the person had a lean muscular build of a male- but he was covered from head to toe in black, he had a mask hiding half of his face. However, the only thing seeable was his eyes.
