" Mr Alan please !! I can't expel Denise without any good reasons !! "
" Then find some !! "

Ms Sherly and Mr Alan had been debating for a while, it's after school hours and Mr Alan wanted to talk to Ms Sherly, which isn't going well at all. Mrs Regna was just standing there, only really saying anything whenever Mr Alan mentioned her or looked at her, and she knows her job position, she can't defy his words so she simply backs up whatever he's saying, she's more like his yesman in these situations than an actual person or assistant, it definitely annoys her but there's not much else she can do

But she also feels sort of bad.. Ms Sherly is a great teacher, she's one of the few reasons that the students seem to be studying at all, she's a huge benifit to the school and it would lose her and Mr Alan a lot if she left..
She's also very kind, Mrs Regna can see it in her; she's so genuine and caring, it's hard to hate her, and it's almost magical to see how well she gets along with her students and other faculty members, it pains Regna to see her in so much stress..

" You know very well how I feel about that girl ! Rig the test, give her the wrong answers, give her the wrong study guide, ANYTHING ! "
" I can't do that ! What if she realizes and- "
" We can deal with that "
Regna perked up and looked over, hearing she'd been mentioned again. She simply nodded at the two in akward agreement. Mr Alan let out a confident chuckle as Ms Sherly sighed and rubbed her temples

It's stupid, or at least to Mrs Regna and Ms Sherly it is, his whole motivation benind wanting Denise gone is because she unintentionally embarrased him one time, they both think it's incredibly childish and immature of him to act this way, but there's not much they can say about it, their opinions and inputs simply get shot down by him

" You don't want to lose your job, right ? "
Ms Sherly nodded in response, seemingly too tired to respond
" Then get on with it ! Make sure she gets out of here one way or another, and we'll handle it, unless you want to be fired and blacklisted all over the country ? "
Ms Sherly frantically shook her head, Mrs Regna could see the fear and worry in her eyes. She gripped onto her sleeves tightly, oh.. what to do.. ?!

" I- "
" No talking back ! Just- "
" I'll talk to her ! "

Sherly and Alan turned to look at Regna, she tried to keep up her usual serious demeanour as she looked down at Sherly. Mr Alan nodded and signalled for them to go

Regna grabbed Sherly by the wrist and practically dragged her outside. To Ms Sherly, it seemed like she was angry at her, roughly pulling her away to start yelling at her elsewhere, which only made her annoyed and a little scared. But Mrs Regna felt stressed and unwell, her rough dragging was because she wanted to get Ms Sherly out of there as soon as possible

Soon enough Regna managed to drag her away to an empty, dark classroom. Regna let go of Sherly and closed the door, Ms Sherly backed up a little and looked up at Mrs Regna. She was ready to face her intimidating stare and conniving tone of voice once more, just a repeat of the conversation she'd had with Mr Alan

But once Regna turned around, Ms Sherly's brows lifted as she saw the more tired and surprisingly sort of.. concerned look on her face

" ... Regna.. what's going on ? "
" I.. " Regna sighed and pulled out a chair, " you can take a seat, too.. "
Sherly did the same as Regna and put her hands on her legs, Regna crossed hers and clicked her tongue, the atmosphere was akward, that wasn't really helping..

" .. you don't.. have to get her expelled.. "
" Mm.. because my only other option is to get fired so I must comply or else I'll have my life potentially ruined ? " Ms Sherly replied in a sarcastic and bitter sweet tone of voice, you can tell she's heard these sorts of things a lot from the organisation, it's driving her crazy. Regna could notice and she felt awful about it
