This ff won't have the usual omegaverse world. It is similar but there are some differences.

In the world am building, there will be 90% beta in the population, with only 10% consisting of alphas and omegas. Obviously alpha women and omega men are super rare with only 2% of the world population.

All the unmated aphas and omegas will take scents suppressants. Its mandatory by the government.

Scent suppressants last for a week.

Revealing your secondary gender is a choice. School, colleges and job interviews do not require one to reveal their secondary gender to prevent discrimination.

Alphas have rut once every 6 months for 3 days. Alphas only think about sex during this time and are prone to anger.  They won't be completely out of control and will have some of their conscience but obviously desire to mate will overpower. They may become aggressive and feverish.

Omegas have heats every 6 months for 3 to 5 days. They become weak and feverish.

And horny. Obviously.

Male omegas can be pregnant due to fertilization during heat.
