A Serenely Beautiful Scene

It has been raining heavily.
As soon as I came out of the entrance of my company late at night, my driver put the umbrella over my head.

" Sir, it's tipping down " the driver informed as if I can't see.

" Give me the car keys. The weather is not good today. Go home, I'll go back myself " Jungkook ordered taking the keys and umbrella from the driver.

But the driver froze 'JEON JUNGKOOK THINKING ABOUT SOMEONE'S ELSE WELFARE ' That's new, he would have to spread this news everywhere anyhow.

" What? You want me to change my descision " Jungkook said with a blank face.

" Ah-h no sir, Thank you very much " The driver bowed and left.

Jungkook rolled his eyes at the weird behaviour of the driver and went to his car.

Jungkook was driving in his car heading towards his home. He remembered how he met Jimin here for the first time in these streets. It's been few days since he last saw him and Jimin has been in his mind everyday. He wish he could see him everyday.

Unexpectedly, he saw a figure sitting on the pavement in the right side. It's uncanny for someone sitting like this on the road in an heavy downpour. He felt like it was someone familiar.

As he moved closer to the figure, he saw it was Jimin crying his eyes out in the middle of the road completely wet in the rain. The scene panged his heart. He felt sudden despair englufing him.

Jungkook swiftly parked his car. Taking the umbrella, he stepped out of the car. He crossed the road to get to Jimin's side and opened the umbrella bringing it over Jimin's head to prevent him from the harsh rain. He didn't care about himself getting wet. All his focus was on Jimin.
He had this sudden urge to protect Jimin from the world.

When Jimin looked up at him, his eyes were all red and swollen from crying. Jungkook felt like he could see the immense pain in those eyes. Jungkook heart bleeded seeing Jimin in such a vulnerable condition.

" Jimin " Jungkook sighed in despair and crouched down to Jimin's level. He slowly put his hand on his face and wiped his tears.

He started softly caressing his cheeks. More tears fell from Jimin's eyes at the sweet gesture and he leaned into Jungkook's hand.

Jungkook pulled Jimin towards himself and hugged him softly. Jimin laid his head on jungkook's chest feeling so warm and comfortable finally after a long stressful day. Jungkook hide him in his chest, as if hiding him from the World and caressed his back gently.

Jungkook was driving towards Jin's apartment. Jimin was sleeping peacefully in the passenger seat. He passed out from exhaustion in Jungkook's arms.

Jungkook looked at Jimin and smiled seeing Jimin sleeping peacefully looking like an angel.
He hated seeing Jimin so distressed. He has always seen Jimin all smiling and blushing. He never thought, he will witness such a scene and it'll ache his heart badly.
He just felt like... HE WILL DESTROY THIS WHOLE WORLD FOR JIMIN.

* Time Skip *

He parked the car in the parking lot and came out of the car. He went to the other side and picked Jimin up in the bridal style.

He ringed the bell of Jin's apartment as he didn't know where Jimin lived nor did he get the chance to ask so he brought him here after asking Namjoon hyung, as both Jin and Jimin are neighbours.
