*Two Months Later*

(Y/n's pov)

The sound of rain mixed with Bella's engine is the best nap alarm clock and annoyingly effective.
I jolted awake in my bed when I heared Bella pulling up onto our street.
Lady, having grown alittle bit bigger cuddled up to me and began giving me kisses.
I smiled and said lightly scratching her head after I oepened my eyes.
"Thank you Lady, I'm up now".
I got off the couch and reput my shoes back on and warmed up the remaining liquid in the coffee pot and began clicking my fingers once the caffeine toke effect.
I then said still snapping my fingers.
"Crookshanks, Bella's coming".
Crookshanks tags alerted me he's on his way.
I quickly put my jacket on and put my wallet in my pocket, Crookshanks climbed up my leg and dropped both his leash and Lady's in my palm.
I smiled while saying.
"Thank you".
I walked out and locked the door and said once Bella pulled up.
"Afternoon Bella,
(She smiled and I said before my attwntion was drawn to what she had hidden under the tarp in the bed of her truck.)
How was wor-.
(I stopped and smelled metal and oil.
She continued smiling and followed me to the back, letting me investigate.
I lifted the tarp and my eyes widened to see two skeletons of old and rare Harley motorcycle's.
The third was silver and my guess overdue for a tune up and needs a new engine.
I lost my words and turned around to look at Bella and let go of the tarp.)
Are those what I think they are"?
Bella nodded and said smiling holding her hands up.
"I know they are death traps on wheels, but I thought maybe we have a bonding project and relax.
You have been alittle on edge worrying about that werewolf coming back".
I then said nodding as i looked at her.
"I guess I do need something to take my mind of all the dead ends I've been following".
I rolled up my sleeves and Bella said.
"I know I'm probably puting you in a tough spot with my dad and I really apreciate you not scolding me on the many situations I can get hurt".
I then said nodding and smiling softly.
"Everyone is intitled to their secrets".
I put my hands on my hips and I said.
"These are going to take three months for me to fix them up on my own".
Bella then asked looking at me and the motorcycles.
"What if you has an extra pair of hands"?
I then said looking at her.
"A month or two tops.
Depending on the extra hands experience anx how much we get done per day why"?
Bella smiled and asked as she pet Lady.
"I know a guy on the resevation that is currently restoring his Volkswagen Rabbit and I havent seen him in a while.
(She talked in her baby voice while scratching lady's chin.)
So who wants to go on a road trip"?
Lady barked and I said smiling.
"Looks like we have a verdict".
I got in the passenger seat and said after Bella got in and began driving to the reservation.
"So,
(I turned around and smiled and began to tease.)
Who's this famous mechanics from the La Push reservation?
(I leaned forward and asked.)
Do i know him"?
Bella smiled and said lightly tapping my shoulder playfully.
"Yes you do.
We met him on the beach during Mike's little beach party".
I smiled and said.
"Ah, a local.
(She laughed I said listing off the names i remeber.)
Is it Sam?
(She didn't react so it wasn't him.)
Paul.
(She grimaced and I said seeing that she didn't like him and frankly I didnt either that guy.
That guy appeared to be kind of a hot head.)
Okay not Paul, is it Jard"?
Bella shock her head and said taking one hand of the wheel, holding one finger up.
"Ah ah, you got one more guess.
If you winYou have your pick of motorcycle".
I was shocked and turned around smiling as I said.
"What realy"?
Bella rhen said.
"I planed to give you one either way as a birthday present
(I was shocked and she said turnign to me.)
Surprise".
I smiled and i said focussing.
"Olay one more guess.
(I closeing my eyes and remebered all the names i listing, remebering there was another guy at the beach with the boys from the res.
'Jacob'.)
Is it Jacob Black"?
Bella said smiling.
"Ding ding ding, we have a winner".
I cheered and I Said before looking up.
"Yes!
(I saw a black dog limp onto the road and i said panicing.)
Bella stop the truck"!
She did when she saw the black dog.
I got out and said looking at Bella after seeing the black dog keeping his paw off the road.
"He's hurt.
(I began walking to the dog and said softly as the dog looked at me.)
Hey buddy, you look alittle lost.
(He whimpered and came to me and i said.)
It's okay, it's okay I got you.
(I picked him up and said stumbling alittle.)
Oh your heavey.
(I felt his neck and said.)
No collar and no chip, someone's got to be missing you".
I opened the door tp the truck and saod to Bella.
"Hes to big to sit on my lap, I'll have to travel the rest of the way in the bed of the truck".
Bella asked leaning forward.
"Does he have a collar or a microchip"?
I shock my head and said.
"No, but he came to me and let me pick him up so he's got to be domestic. (I pet the dog on the head and began closed the door, and Bella opened the back window.)
Someone's got to be missing him.
You think Jacob might know"?
Bella then said nodding driving again.
"He might.
(Bella then asked still keeping her eyes on the road.)
How's his paw"?
I then said lightly lifting it to my eye.
"I don't see any blood,
(He layed his head on my lap and I pet his head.)
He probably just sprained it".
We passed the Welcome to the La push reservation sign and we pulled up to what I can guess is Jacobs house.
The doors opened and someone said while running to Bella after she got out.
"Bella, where the hell have you been loca"?
He picked her up and spinned her around and I got out of the bed of the truck with the black dog in my arms.
Jacob and I held eye contact for more than a few mintues.
He snapped out of it and smiled saying.
"Hey Y/n".
I then said smiling in a teasing playfull way
"Oh Jacob you remebered me".
He nodded and he asked noticing the black dog, petting the dog.
"Who's this handsome fella"?
I then said.
"He walked into the middle of the road out of nowhere.
Does he belong to any one on the reservation"?
Jacob shock his head and said.
"Sorry I don't think so I would of seen him around.
(Jacob held the dogs paw and he said.)
But there's a vet on the reservation that might be able to look at this guys paw and find this handsome guys family".
The doors to Jacobs house opened again and a voice spoke with the sound of wheels accompanying it.
"Jacob don't be rude invite the girls-.
(He paused seeing me and said after he stopped.)

Jacob then said introducing me.
"Y/n this is my dad Billy, Billy this is Y/n Granger Bella's friend ".
Billy wheeled over and politely smiled as he nodded and saying.
"Hello Y/n, nice to put a face to the name.
(He turned to tease his son.)
Jacob hasn't shut up since that little beach party".
Jacob turned away and said.
"Thanks dad".
I lightly blushed and Billy said.
"Just keeping it real son".
I then said pushing the blush down and smiling softly.
"Its nice to meet you to mister Black.
(I then said as i adjusted my grip on the dog.)
I shake your hand but -".
Billy then said smiking.
"Its quite alright and please call me Billy.
(Billy then said looking at the dogs paw.)
I have some pain meds and wraps inside".
The dog began wiggleing and I said lightly setting the dog down.
"Okay I'm setting you down".
I opened the door for Billy and the dog went inside.
I turned to look at Jacob and Bella and said.
"You guys want to catch up"?
Bella nodded and waved saying softly.
"We'll come in alittle bit".
I nodded understanding the hidden message she was giving.
'Keep Billy bussy'.
I closed the door and Billy asked while wheeling into the kitchen.
"So how long"?
I was confused and paniced for a moment, luckily the panic did show in my voice.
"How long what"?
Billy then said wheeling out.
"Have ypu been living in Forks"?
I mentally relaxed and said smiling.
"3 years and five months now".
Billy then said clapping his hands alittle .
"Congratulations".
I then said smiling while looking around.
"How long have you lived here"?
Billy then said as the dog lifted his paw.
"Born and raised, like my father and his father before him.
(Once he appiled the medican and wrapped the dogs paw he saod looking at me.)
You look like a freind of mine when he used to live here.
Are you by any chance related to a Remus Lupin"?
my eyes caught the black dog who looked straight at me when Billy asked that question.
I was about to speak when the door opened.
Bella came in first, holding Lady and Crookshanks in her hands.
I smiled and forgot Billy's question.
Bella then said as Lady began fussing .
"Someone is fussy this morning".
She set Lady down along with Crookshanks and they went over to the black dog.
I then said watching, mostly the big black dog, my gut telling me not to give myself away.
"Well she's mommys girl, likes meeting new people".
Lady sniffed the black dog and her tail began wagging.
But I didn't relax, this was no ordinary dog.
Jacob then said petting the dog.
"So qhat do we call you until your family's comes to get you"?
I then said looking at the dog.
"Sirius,
(The dog looks at me and I said acting and i looked at him curiously.)
So thats your name buddy.
Well your parents got your name dead on, you looks like a serious dog".
Jacob laughed and said looking at Billy.
"I called Quil and he says the vets closed.
Can he stay with us dad"?
Billy then said wheeling over.
"He can, but don't get attached Jacob he might have owners out there looking for him".
I then said looking at the boys.
"I didn't feel a collar or a chip under the skin.
He might have lost the collar with his tags, and the owner must not have got the chip yet because he or she didn't like Sirius here would get lost".
I turned my head and my eyes caught a picture and the subject besides Billy who looked like Jacob, only his eyes were slightly brown than his sons.
'Dad'.
My dad did live here in Forks.
I shook my head and I said turning to Jacob.
"Jake, Bella tells me your fixing up a Volkswagen Rabbit, can we take a look"?
Jacob smiled and said.
"Sure.
Anyrhing for a fellow mechanic".
We left the house woth Bella following us.
Crookshand meowed at me and lady barked when the door closed.
I went back and said.
"Don't worry guys I got you".
I followed behind Bella and jacob and said seeing the rabbit.
"Oh you are a magician Jacob, this looks spanking brand new".
Jacob smiled and said blushing.
"Its a gift that toke years to build up.
(I smiled at his car pun and Jacob said.)
Bella says you have an Autisn 3000, did you buy it new or used".
I then said looking around the garage.
"Used, your should of seen the condition it was in.
(I shuddered and said.)
The previous owner had no respect
The leather was torn and modly
The paint was scratched and the frame bent our of shape.
It made me want to cry".
Jacob said seeing my upset state.
"Some people just don't appreciate cars like they should,
(He shook his head and stood up.)
Its unbelievable".
I then said seeing what he was looking for, guessed what it was when he moces his long hair off his neck.
"You looking for a hair tie"?
He nodded and said as Bella helped him look.
"I know I set it down somewhere in here when you guys pulled up".
I got the hair tie off my wrist and said holding it out as he looked.
"Why don't you take mine, my god mother always said the best way to find what you lost is getting a new one".
Jacob smiled and said.
"Thanks,
(He put his hair in a pony and I grabbed my spare spare hair the and did the same.
Jacob looked at me and said as I looked at the bike.)
So Bella say your birthday is coming up and you get your first pick".
I then said as i looked at all three.
"The two skeletons are rare Harley models I never thought I see in my life, the third without its engine is a later model but still popular".
Jacob then said looking with me.
"Your right you got good eyes".
I smiled and said.
"Thanks".
I turned to Bella and said.
"I know you said i get first pick, but i don't want ot end up choosing the one you want".
Bella then said waving it off as she smiled.
"Its pkay, not that much of a motorcycle fan lile you guys, ill take the later model.
You guys can have the rare Harleys, my present to you".
I smiled and i said looking at Jacob.
"So Jake?
Where do we start"?
Jacob then said as we got in the zone.
"First we need to grab some tools and spare parts, we might find them at the dump".
I then said noddeing.
"You never know what your going to find,
(I then said.)
And I might have some pwrts at home to help, and have a paint spray room to fix the pain jobs in the back at my house".
Bella then said.
"And you can probably paint a decal on your bike afterwards".
Jacob smiled and said looking at me.
"Your an artist to?
(I removed my jacket and wrapped it around my waist.)
Did you design that tattoo yourself"?
