There were once an Ancient race of Villagers who constructed all the buildings and structures we see in the world, shaped the world with their technological advancements, and shaped the world forever in the world of Minecraft.
They conducted all kinds of experiments and they invented 2 portals. The nether portal and the end portal.
While traveling the nether they built all kinds of structures using materials in the nether portal.
There was no other mobs except ghasts. These huge ghost look-a-like crying fireball shooting monsters made it exceptionally hard to build structures.
They didn't go to the end for obvious reasons and most importantly, The ender dragon.
The ender dragon is a huge gigantic dragon with lushes purple eyes and sometimes go down and whooshes other people or termites into the void. So they avoided going there.
While exploring the nether they come across a weird painting. 4 soul sand in and 3 nether skulls on top of the four soul sand making a creepy iron golem look-a-like. Curious, they started to try and replicated and brang it home to the overworld.
Huge Mistake.
They made it with terrible success and some stayed in underground bunkers in the overworld, went into the nether, or went into the end.
