IS IT MY TIME TO SHINE?

Chapter 3: Surprise, Surprise

Finally school ends! You'd think I have so many friends because I'm on a tv show, but I don't. No one cares about me.

"So how was school honey?," asks mum.
"Fine"
"It's always just 'fine'. Anything interesting happen?"
"No," I replied and got a snack before getting ready for dance.

*At the ALDC*
"Point, point, point. Passé, turn and leap. Mackenzie leap!"

I hate leaps.

"Can I get a drink?," I say when the group dance practise ends.
"No, we have work to do," Abby says.

I saw Maddie and Kendall get a drink.

Sometimes I just wish I wasn't on this stupid competition team.

"Maddie! Solo practise."

As soon as I rushed out of the room I went into the den and stared at a wall.

After dance I had a super late dinner (I only had a snack before dance) and had a shower. Then I just went to bed. I was so tired from dance!

*7:20 am: alarm goes off*

Uhhh.

I had some cereal, got dressed and quickly did my hair. All so quickly!

But of course Maddie takes ages! I've been waiting outside for ages!
"Maddie, hurry up!"
"I'm coming, I'm coming"

Finally I see a head pop out of the doorway. We always fight about who gets the front seat so I started running. I got it for once.

I got my notebook out of my locker when I saw a note sitting there. It says "meet me next to your locker after school ~C"
