2. Royalty Problems

Later on, Touya went back to the water castle of his Kingdom, back to the Atlantic. Since the cave was located in between the two oceans of Atlantic and Pacific. Going down through the transparent hallways, although there were rocks and shells for the roomy and coziness of the home for the Royals.

Swimming towards his bedroom. When he was just about to reach it. His brother popped out of nowhere. "Touya-Nii!" He chuckled.

Touya just huffed a little. "You nearly gave me a heart attack. What do you want?" He questioned. Entering into his room and onto the bed made out of stones, sea weed, and other plants for comfort.

"Where were you? Dad was asking, and so was Mom worried?"

The younger Siren swam around his room. Sitting down on his bed with his tail curled up. It was just like Touya's only a little lighter since he was still young. It'd grow darker as his age would increase, and he would grow up.

"Why does it matter? I was just out for a swim."

"Yeah, for two days!! You've been gone since yesterday." Natsuo insisted, wanting to know his secrets if he even had any.

"It's none of your business, Natsu. Now leave me alone." 

 "Is it about that girl that Dad is tryna get you to marry?" He questioned, suspicious.

"Maybe, maybe not. Why do you care?"

Natsuo rolled his eyes. Sometimes, his older brother would be difficult, and he hated it. "Uhm, cause if you won't take the throne, then I will. Obviously!" He scoffed.

"Have you seen your face? You're like.. How old again? 17, you won't be given the throne until I die. Idiot."

Natsuo huffed, shaking his head. "Well then, you're already 23! And aren't even being responsible or anything."

"Says you. End of discussion. Now leave me alone. Please." The Prince sighed. Stuffing his face into the pillow made out of seaweed. Just trying to think about what he could do to he with Tenko more and bond together.

As his younger brother finally left him alone, and let him be.

It didn't take long until a knock was on the wall nearby. A servant was there. But they didn't enter. Only a curtain of seaweed parted his room from the hall. "My prince, the king wishes to see you." The calm voice of the servant spoke. "I would advise you to come quickly."

Touya sighed to himself. He grumbled as he just screamed into the pillow. He wanted a damn nap. He was tired of searching for the treasure and hunting food for Tenko. "I'll be right there." He huffed. He got up and swimming as he followed behind the servant. Approaching his father's throne. "What." He spoke.

The man had an obvious scar along his shoulder. It was very much new. Probably only a few hours old. "Where the fuck were you?" He yelled at him with his loud voice.

Out of another hall came his mother. She looked so pissed. It only took her a moment to quickly swim to him. "You shut up! He has just come back! We don't know anything!" She hissed and made a great effort to flare up her fins and show her teeth. 

"You have nothing to say here! There should be more important tasks for you!" Enji replied his a horrid and screeching voice.

"You should shut it!!! He is your oldest son!" She was almost protecting before him as her voice was laced with venom.

And no one in the palace could blame her for being so protective over her children. Especially since Siren's usually only have about 3 eggs per season..and with how many or little siblings he had and the age difference between them it was more than obvious that things were horrible between them. And how many potential younglings Rei had lost to her violent and raging mate.
