'To expect the unexpected' is a quote by Oscar Wilde that can be applied to show a situation that will occur in the very near future regarding four adolescent.
———————Everything was perfect.
Nothing strange happened.Even for the four adolescents , who are currently on call with each other.
Their conversations are exactly like every other teen's. They are talking about one of their favorite books that they have read, which was recommended by one of them, called 'Hina'.
There's nothing special about that book....really. The reason that made the four of them read that book was only because the female lead has the same name as their friend, which is ' Hina Ishikawa'.
Well, that's the main reason they read it. What makes them really captivated by that novel... Maybe also because of the way the writer describe their characters, it's just beautiful....and how the author doesn't stereotype the side character's roles or they did..? Which lead to the conversation they're having right now.
"Out of all the characters, why did they choose to stereotype the villainess?..." said by Aria.... who is one of the four adolescents ; she's one of those people who enjoy reading 'Villainess" type of novels... So seeing the writer stereotype the main antagonist that's supposed to add spice to the novel like that just doesn't sit right with her...
"Aren't they supposed to be that way? Harassing the female lead and trying to ruin her life? So she deserves all the karma right?" Ethal asks Aria... Well, what she said was true. That's how most antagonists in most novels act.
"I mean, she does, but killing her is too harsh. They could have just made a character development out of it, but no, they chose to kill her!" Aria came to defend the character she like just like every other fan would.
"Aria, what Ethal said is right....She deserves that karma for what she did to the female lead. She took it too far when she asked a commoner to come and assassinate the female lead." Even their friend Serene agree with Ethal.
"Even if you admire her, you have to agree that what she did was wrong and she deserves the punishment. You know what I mean." Hina is also in disagreement with Aria. And therefore, Aria stayed silent during the call. As a result, the situation is quickly getting awkward.
Ethal, who is unable to endure the awkwardness any longer, chooses to end the conversation for the day.
"since it's getting late and we have school the next day, it seems that we should end the call for today..."They all agreed to end the calls for today due to the awkwardness, as well as their desire to get enough sleep for school tomorrow.
As they sleep, their souls proceed to leave their bodies and enter a body belonging to someone from a separate dimension, but it merely feels like they're trapped in a lucid dream, despite the fact they aren't. Their bodies were in a coma, while their souls and minds were in somewhere else.....
End of chapter 1.
