Falling? (ON HOLD)

Chapter one:

Heart sat next to Ranboo in awkward silence, Aimsey and Toby had to go grocery shopping and the others had no choice other than to stay home due to the size of the rental car. The idiots had decided to rent a 2 seated Lamborghini forgetting they had in fact 5 guests staying over these coming 6 months.

"So I'm Heart as you know, I uh use He/They and I'm bi, I guess that's all you need to know about me?" "How about you?" Heart asked, hoping to start a conversation. "Oh uh ok, I'm Ranboo, you can call me Ran though" Ranboo replied hesitantly "I use He/They as well and Im gay, so surprise!" Heart smiled at this comment, maybe they weren't too different, their Humor was quite similar, dry and dead.

"Why do you wear the mask?" Heart asked. "You don't have to say I'm just curious and I want to sorta get to know you" He backed up his earlier statement after seeing the uncomfortable look on the other persons face. "Oh no it's fine, it's not you" Ranboo reassured "I have facial dysmorphia, facial dysmorphia is basically a mental health condition where the sufferer has a bad perception of the appearance of their face." Ranboo explained "So in short my brain says that my face is ugly and points out the flaws and extenuates them to the point I can't look at my face" Ranboo quickly summarised looking down to avoid Hearts soft gaze. "Oh Boo, I'm so sorry if I made you uncomfortable I completely understand and what you feel is valid" Heart said with teary eyes, though they barley knew each other, Heart was a very empathetic person.

"B-boo?" Ranboo stuttered, confused and flustered. "Oh shit I'm sorry if you're uncomfy with that, it just sorta rolled off my tongue" Heart said looking away, embarrassed that he had said that in front of someone he just met. "It's fine, it's sorta cute, I don't mind" Ranboo said, you could hear the smile in his voice. Heart's stomach flipped, what was he feeling? He had just met the dude. Heart turned his head and immediately locked eyes with the fluffy haired brunette. The door flung open with a bang followed by a familiar laugh.

"Tommy?" Heart and Ranboo said together, "I though you couldn't get a train for another 3 weeks?" Ranboo said flustered after being caught staring at the pretty boy next to him. "I'm so sorry I tried to stop him" A sweet German voice says from behind the tall blonde boy. Heart jumped up to hug Niki, greeting the new girl with enthusiasm, "It's fine Niki, tell me about the flight!" Heart said softly yet excitedly as not to annoy the jet lagged girl in front of him, "do you, Tubs and Aimee need some help with the groceries?" The gentle voice of Heart jolts Ranboo out of his trance. "Oh yes please Tubbo passed out in the car on the way home" Aimee added, coming up from behind Niki. Tommy burst out laughing almost falling off the kitchen bench he had situated himself on. This caused an eruption of laughter from the group of 4 in the living room.

<Time Skip>

"So AimseyTV you had the sleeping arrangements right?" Tommy asked, clearly tired. "Oh yeah about that, the storm from the other day may have ruined the rooms..?" Aimsey said bracing herself for the anger of the others. "Whose rooms?" Heart sighed."Yours and Tommy's?" Tommy glared at Aimsey before yelling, "I dibs sharing Tubbo's room!" Heart turned awkwardly to Ranboo "I guess we are sharing?" The shorter male said softly. "I guess so" the other responded.

"Shit.." Heart swore when he walked into Ranboo's room, seeing one 1 bed. "What's up?" Ranboo said coming out of the bathroom, "Oh damn.. I guess we have to share?" Ranboo questioned looking at the anxious boy next to him, "Only if you're comfortable of course! I can take the lounge or the floor" They quickly added. "No no it's fine, it's a double bed we should be good" Heart said, smiling up at the freakishly tall male next to them.

"Are you ready for bed yet Boo?" Heart said, using the nickname they recently discovered. "Mhm I'm really tired, do you want me to put in a tv timer or just turn it off now?" Ranboo questioned, fiddling with the television remote. "Let's just go to sleep" Heart responded with a gentle tone, "It's been a long day"
