I. First and foremost, if you find yourself here: thank you! Thank you for taking the time to be here and read my very first succession fic. That being said, I'm sure I will encounter some trial and error. I have used Wattpad in the past and written other works before but it has been a very very long time. I really am not sure how to work things like putting in media/graphics along with the text itself but I am sure I will figure it out along the way. Currently I am still working on really building all of my original characters, there won't be many for Itch but I still want all of the characters I have to feel human, have real backgrounds and hopefully make you love (or hate) them as you meet them.
II. Speaking of my oc's, I would like to add that just because I have created them does not mean I personally agree or would endorse everything they have done or will do in the fic and that also goes for the non-ocs mentioned as well. I am by no means creating a perfect main character. Like all of us in life, Georgia is going to be troubled in multiple ways. This also could possibly go without saying but: this is a Succession fic, there will be content dealing with the things we had seen on the screen as well, including drug use, sexuality, cheating, rich people being ignorant and infuriating at times, mentions of abuse and mental illness. If any of these topics mentioned or anything else in the Successionverse harm your peace of mind, I totally understand if you can't read or decide to stop reading my fic.
III. I will most likely not include everything that we have seen in the show and I plan on breaking canon quite a bit. In Itch, characters such as Rava, Sophie and Iverson simply do not exist as Georgia, our main character is taking place as Kendall's wife. I will also be making the lovely Karl our main character's father and will also be giving him a wife and two other children. I needed to make the connection somewhere without making the story seem too far-fetched.
IV. I do not own Succession, I simply am a fan and am inspired to build off the work of Jesse Armstrong.
