"Night night Giddy!" "Night Paz!..."
Pacifica gave a sleepy smile and turned off their lamp, tucking herself in and softly falling into unconsciousness.

After about an hour or so, Gideon made sure that his cousin was asleep. After confirming that she was, he smiled softly to himself in relief, slipping out of bed and quickly putting on his normal daily attire.
He was going to attempt to sneak into the Tent of Telepathy tonight. Because he felt something off about the place and he was determined to find out what it was.
Gideon slowly opened the window and climbed down the escape ladder, while also softly closing the window with his free hand.
After the minute, he landed on the grass and looked around before bolting into the woods with a flashlight. He'd found out a short cut earlier in the Summer to get to their tent, so he followed it.

Dipper watched as they, the crew, had finished up cleaning. Dipper hated how those savages just left their trash inside and around the tent as if it was a trashcan. He had the right mind to shove their trash down their throat.
His attention went from the now clean area of the tent to his sister, whom was gently tugging on his blue colored sleeve. Making him aggressively pulled away from her small grip.
"Let's go." She whined, obviously tired and wanting to go to bed, but Dipper refused. He wanted to stay out, the sky was a nice midnight purple and the stars were shimmering with vigor, not to mention the air was also very nice and cool. Giving the hot head a chance to unwind from their performance filled day.
With an annoyed sigh Mabel left with the rest of the slaves-- crew, and they went their separate ways.

Gideon finally reached the entrance of the tent. Carefully looking around, but only seeing trees, grass and darkness. He sighed and stood up straight, walking into the huge tent.
It was a little odd to see the place so empty, but he had to not stray from focus or lose guard. Though the place was a bit dark, he could still see with his flashlight.
He approached the stage, checking for any contraptions of sorts, but found nothing. Which surprised him, since he saw the twins do so many tricks, he assumed they would at least have some sort of trap door.

He walked back to the tent, now he was going to start his relaxing night walk. He ran a hand through his hair, since it was night it was rather unlikely that anyone would see him. He stopped as he walked passed the blue tent, narrowing his eyes at it. 'They closed it up...right?' He thought to himself, he could have sworn that he saw the crew close up the tent.

With his fists clenched tightly, Dipper entered the dark tent. He immediately noticed the light on the stage from the far back. He blinked a few times, to allow his eyes to focus and silently made his way to the stage to investigate the intruder closer. Who would dare break into their special tent? The closer he got the clearer the person became. 'Gideon...?' He sneered in his mind. That troublesome boy.

"Oh geez, if they don't have anything hidden here, how do they do their tricks??" Gideon whispered to himself. "There's no way their magic's real... Right?... Unless there's something in the back..." He looked side to side one more time, getting a weird feeling. Like someone was watching him...
After a moment of silently watching the male, just to see if he would do anything interesting, Dipper walked closer, finally speaking. "What do you think you're doing?" He drawled out, a brow arched and his arms crossed. What business did the male have snooping around his work space? This kid had only been here for how long? And he was already becoming a huge pain in the neck.
The small boy squeaked out from being startled before turning around jerkily to see the overwhelming blue eyed magician. He froze and went pale, making his freckles a little more out-there on his face.
"I-I-I uh-- Oh haha i-is this your tent? Wowwww um... I must have been sleep walking!... With my flashlight on.... H-Huh!"
He was obviously lying, but he was desperately trying to hide it even though he was sweating nervously.
Dipper continued to stare down the light haired male in front of him. "Tell me the truth." A small glare invaded his gaze, it seemed to always be there whether he wanted it to be or not. "Are you trying to steal from us?" He asked lowly, moving to climb up on the stage as well. "We give out to the poor, all you had to do was ask." Dipper grinned. "Poor little Gideon, We could help out if you just ask." He walked closer to him. "There's no need to steal." He knew that this boy probably wasn't there to steal, but, he didn't want to give any uneeded information out so he was just going to continue to ride out the 'poor' situation.
He was still nervous, especially with the added glare, but couldn't help but feel offended by what Dipper was saying. Gideon knew exactly where he was going with that, since he'd gotten this kind of talk a lot back in California.
"N-No, I wasn't stealing!" he countered truthfully. "I w-was investigating... You're doing magic without a-any tricks around the stage! That means it has to be real!--"
He let out a sigh, shaking his head lightly. "We act. Hell, it's called an act. Now, get out." He gestured to the exit of the large tent. "Or would you like me to call the police?" He asked, his expression clearly an annoyed one. He saw no need to smile or act 'decent' since it was night and no one was around to see him be 'rude' as he was called by his sister once. "Isn't past your bedtime?" Dipper liked to act older than he was, because he saw everyone else as stupid children.
He grunted a little and looked at a different direction from Dipper's. The guy may have been three years older than him, but only three years! Gideon may have been young, but he certainly wasn't stupid enough to not see that something was up. Why else would that know-it-all be so mad at him for investigating? Also the fact that he snapped right after he told him the truth.
"Alright alright I'm moving..." he pointed his flashlight upward and walked out with his arms up. He would have secretly stayed, he really would. But it wasn't worth going to juvenile for. Bud, his father, would have been extremely disappointed too, and that would have been a sad sight.
He followed the other out, rather annoyed that his night time walk was disturbed by this guy who couldn't keep his nose in his own business. "Now, go home." He said in his normal annoyed tone. Once they were out he turned around and tried to tie up the tent entrance again, though it was a bit sloppy since he wasn't the one to do this, their crew was responsible for wrapping things up. "It's too late for a kid to be out and about." He started. "It'll be a shame if you were kidnapped, or murdered."
"Hey hey what makes you think I'd get... Any of those things!?" He continued walking, but turned his head to Dipper Pines. But then Gideon stopped himself, feeling that starting an argument this late wouldn't do any benefit. The boy only huffed and turned his head back, footing faster to the entrance of the secret shortcut.
Dipper couldn't help but hum in amusement, did this boy not know the dangers of the real world? Was he living a kiddy protected dream? But, Dipper stopped his thoughts there, for he knew that he was also living a dream. He had no place to be judging people on whether or not they choose to believe reality. He watched as the other turned his heel to leave. "Bye bye, Porkchop." He drawled out.
Gideon's face twisted, Porkchop. Those were one of the terrible nicknames he had. He didn't like it one bit as he stormed out into the path

He finally made it back to the Mystery Shack. Climbing up the escape ladder and going back into his and Pacifica's room. Sighing tiredly before yawning, looking at the time.
1:24AM
Huh.
Yawning once more, he flopped onto his bed and relaxed, nuzzling into his fluffy pillow. Resting up almost immediately.
