Part One - A Secret Addiction

Running up the stairs rapidly, Billy knew he was late for his Study Period.
Billy Matthews was your average teen, he goes to weekend parties, sags his pants, goes to high school everyday and everything you expect from a average teen.
He is in his final grade of high school, graduating in a little over a week. He was excited to graduate and finally feel like a real man.
He recently moved out of his mothers house, and into an apartment of his own with his mate George. George had always been a good mate to Billy, except he now goes to University training to be a doctor, so Billy never got to see him much.

Billy opens the door into the noisy classroom. Everyone talking, throwing paper and being silly. Exams recently finished for all the Grade 12's so they wanted to just flow through the last couple weeks of school.
No one really knew Billy well. Billy tried to keep out of trouble by keeping his head down and doing his work.
He would always choose to sit at the back of the classroom, for a couple of reasons. First, all of Billy's classes were disruptive in a serious way. He needed a way out of that. Second, there was a girl in his class. He has had the biggest crush on her for years. He would sit in the back of the class to fantasise about her.

Ever since the seven grade she was always standing in Billy's centre stage. There was a lot Billy loved about her. For example, she was beautiful. To Billy she was attractive. She seemed like she had a good personality. Billy could see that just by the way she acted. She wrote amazing poems for the school paper.
She was always quiet which made her poems even more surprising to Billy. Her poems had a beautiful and unique feel to them. As if she was writing about someone she deeply cared about. The lines on the page had Billy falling in love.
Billy had no friends at school, he only had George. He thought George would think it was crazy for Billy to have a secret addiction for a girl.
So no one ever found out that Billy liked Amy.

Billy had always forgotten the fact that Amy never spoke to him. He always told himself that she was just shy. Billy had tried talking to her a few times but she would just walk away like she didn't realise he was there. He just gracefully ignored always being blatantly ignored.
Billy was not going to let his crush on Amy be ruined after five years.
Billy was minding his own business, walking down the hallway to his locker when he saw a poster at the corner of his eye.
'GRADUATION AFTER-PARTY' the poster said in bright bold colourful letters.
Billy knew it was time to tell Amy how he felt..
