Val opened the door and in came an angry and sassy Jess.
"Why did you leave work early? I thought you were going to buy me a coffee later?!"
"And why haven't you been responding to my texts?"
"Have you been texting your stupid boyfriend again?"
She started to walk towards the lounge room not knowing the two boys were sitting and listening to her rant.
"Jess!" Val hurried behind her.
"Like I get it you two are very much in love and wan...!" Jess yelled sassily with a pointed finger, but was stopped midway by Val covering her mouth.
"Jess! Shush!" Val tried to calm her down.
Jess struggled out of her friend's tight grip,
"What! Why are you trying to shut me up?!"
"HE'S HERE!" Val whisper shouted into Jess's ear frantically.
Jess' angry face turned to shock, then turned into the 'trying to control my laugh face'. Val smacked her arm and led the crazy Jess into the living room.
Milos' Pov:
"Like I get it you two are very much in love and wan...!" Milos heard Jess yelling. Butterflies fluttered inside Milos' tummy, he couldn't stop smiling.
"Oi you Muppet!" Jim called his friend.
"What's all this noise?"
Normal pov:
"Hey guys! Sorry about that! My friend Jess, here, had a slight confusion" nervously laughed, looking at Milos who was also smirking madly.
Jess eyed Jim and said,
"Who are you?" she said sassily.
"I am Jim, you plonker. Who the hell are you?" Jim replied equally as sassily
"I am Jess Fallon, you wanker" she replied fiercely.
"Bro! Shut up!" Milos threw a pillow at Jim.
Meanwhile Val tried to calm Jess down.
"Guys, you don't even know each other! Why are you fighting?" Val exclaimed.
"This bloody...!" Jess tried to go at Jim but was held back by Val.
"Jess!" screamed Val finally.
"Alright say sorry you dipshit!" Milos shoved Jim.
"I didn't even..!" Jim tried to argue back.
"Do it." Milos said sternly.
Reluctantly, Jim made his way towards Jess, as Val pushed her forward. Both of them stared at each for a few solid seconds before Jim,
"Sorry." He said and looked away slightly.
Arms crossed, hip out, Jess also mumbled,
"it's fine." she got a sharp tap from Val and she continued with,
"I am sorry too."
Jim put out his hand and Jess slowly took it. They held on for a moment until Milos coughed slightly, which made both of them to snap back to reality.
