They arrived in Rio de Janeiro.
Mia: This must be the place, right?
Brian and Mia begin ascending the stairs and encounter people armed with guns.
Brian: We need to get out of here.
Vince: Hold on, guys. She's with me, Mia.
Mia: Vince!
Vince notices Brian.
Vince: Buster, come on.
Brian and Mia start walking with Vince.
Brian: Is Dom here yet?
Vince: No.
Mia: When was the last time you heard from him?
Vince: A couple of weeks ago, somewhere in Ecuador.
Vince: How does it feel?
Brian: What do you mean?
Vince: To be on the other side of a wanted poster.
Mia: He'll show up.
Brian sighs, longing for Dom.
Rosa: It's time for the little one.
Mia goes with Rosa to put the baby to bed.
Vince offers Brian a beer, but he can't drink it. The smell of alcohol makes Brian feel sick to his stomach, and he rushes to the bathroom to vomit. Vince is shocked.
Vince: So that's why you want him so badly.
Mia: Yeah.
They have a conversation.
Vince: Look, I was hoping Dom would be here by now, but we can do this job without him. It's a good opportunity, a couple of high-end cars.
Vince: Besides, it seems like both of you could use the money.
Mia: Okay, we'll help you.
