Theres somthing out there

Mikes POV

Me and my friends were playing dungeons and dragons while ordering pizza.

Elliot kept trying to get in the game and Ned told him to go get the pizza outside first before he could come play.

While Elliot went outside to wait for the pizza I saw Willow hiding behind the wall.

She's Extremely shy and doesn't like to be around a lot of people.
  And she doesn't like how loud my friends are.

I told the boys to hush a few minutes and motioned for her to come in.

She hesitated for a few minutes but followed behind mom as mom came in the room.

Willow went over to the fridge and grabbed a Coke Zero. She was about to open it when Elliot came running inside screaming about something.

He started rambling on at mom and the guys were asking questions all at once.

' Quiet!' Elliot yelled and the room fell quiet. ' no body go out there.'

We all looked at each other and made a run for the door to find out what Elliot was going on about.

Willow pov

I jumped when Elliot yelled for everyone to be quiet.

I quickly made my escape to my room. I passed by my sisters room and her lamp was still on so I quietly shut it off and crept back into mine.

A few hours later I woke up from a really bad dream and went through my closet that conjoins with mikes room, and I quietly walked over to his window.
   His window has the perfect view of the hillside and it's so pretty at night when the moonlight shines on the grass.

I heard Mike shuffle in his bed, ' did you have another nightmare.' He asked.

I just shrugged not breaking my gaze upon the hills.

' Come on.' He lifted his blanket and patted the empty space next to him, I walked over and crawled in bed next to him.
   He put the blanket over us and wrapped his arms around me.

Soon I fell asleep again and had to leave for my therapy session the next morning.

Mom knows I hate therapy but it's that or medications that will make me skinny and fully emotionless.
  Besides my mom doesn't have all the money in the world but she does arrange a bus for me to go to the music center the next town over for the whole rest of the day.

My therapy sessions are once a month for four whole hours.

After therapy mom and Mike pick me up and she drops us two off at the bus station.

Except he has a school thing today so he can't come but mom said she will ask her friend if he can watch me while I'm at my music program.

I don't really feel comfortable with the idea but I don't wanna go home right now.

  Time skip next day.

So it's Friday after school and I'm waiting for Mike to get out of school so I can sit with him on the bus ride home.
  I was waiting and that's when some gross fat kid comes over and starts pushing me around calling me a freak and a weirdo.

Mike and his friends came over right as I was starting to hyperventilate.

Mike held my face in his hands while his friends took care of the kid.
  Mike held me the whole way home and made me a hit coca before we went to check on Elliot who was supposedly feeling sick this morning.

  He pulled us both in the room and told Mike to take his football gear off.

' you'll scare him.' He said.

I looked at mike confused, him who?

That when he told us to turn around.

I gasped and grabbed mikes wrist, Mike was stunned.

It was some kind of creature I have never seen nor heard of.

It looked really creepy.

We all stood really stunned until Gertie came up the hall and opened the door.

She stood there stunned for a second until the creatures head shot up and Gertie started screaming.

The creature started doing this horrifying scream obviously startled, too.

Then I heard mom downstairs.

Mike ran over and closed the door  putting a hand over her mouth. He then grabbed my hand as we followed the creature into Elliot and Gertie's conjoining closet.
  Mom came in the room and started talking to Elliot.

The creature moved around knocking stuffies down and I jerked backwards falling into Mike.
  He put and arm around me.

A few minutes later Elliot came in the closet and the creature raised its head up again.

I got up and ran out of the closet and into my room.
I got under my blanket and hid there until dinner.

Elliot wasn't kidding the other night when he said there was something out there.

I noticed there were no ET fanfics, prolly cause this movie is so old, it's old but it's a classic that will be known forever (at least as long as I'm alive), and I had a dream about Mike Elliot and Gertie and their sister, and I knew I should write it as a fan fic.
