2nd person's POV:

Awkward silence filled the room as the two girls shuffled apart from one other and awkwardly glanced at each other.

Akane looked at you for a little longer while you were still staring at the ground due to the unexplainable embarrassment you were currently feeling right now.

She placed her hand on your shoulder to comfort you, since she could tell that you were starting to feel quite anxious. She called you, "Hey... Look at me, Y/N." in a quiet voice.

You immediately turned your gaze to her just by hearing her command, you looked at her with a confused look and asked, "What is it?"

"...I don't want to make things awkward between us because of what happened earlier... So don't think about it too much, okay?" She reassured you while caressing your hair gently with her comforting touch of her soft hand. It was something you needed to feel after experiencing all of this in just one day.

One. Fucking. Day.

You stayed silent, but that didn't mean you weren't listening to her words. You completely took it to heart and it made you feel a little bit better now.

She cleared her throat and pulled you into another hug, "Let's eat dinner. Your sister's probably finished eating... So we wouldn't be expecting any teasing right now, right?" She asked with a hopeful tone, hoping for you to say yes at her question.

You chuckled rightly at her silly little question before nodding with a smile. "Yeah, she's probably on her room now. So, it's just the two of... a-again..." You whispered the last part . Just thinking about spending more time with just her and her only this night was enough to make your heart pound faster than anything else.

"Well then, c'mon!" She pulled your hand and made you go towards the kitchen with her. Her simple action already made your face light up beet red which caused her to giggle. "Such a cutie..." She mumbled to herself while also blushing.

Wait...

Blushing? She was blushing too?

What was she feeling?

When the two of you got to the kitchen, she let go of your hand. She helped you by preparing the plates and glasses while you prepared the food and placed it on the table. Your sister cooked some chicken curry, which was one of your favorite food!

You hurriedly took a sit down on the chair and began to eat quickly. She giggled at your cute attitude and started eating too, she let out a small hum after tasting the curry. It was really, really delicious but you still thought that nothing could beat her top tier cooking skills.

Oh, her future husband's is gonna be a lucky man...

Or wife?

You glanced at her while she eats. She still looked very beautiful even while eating... Well, she looks gorgeous at anything she does or even while not doing anything but tonight seems special for you. Yep, tonight not today.

Now, you were completely staring at her lovingly and you didn't even realize that she was finally done with her food.

She looked back at you and looked at you questionably, "Y/N? You haven't even eaten half of your food... Something wrong?" After she has asked that, you immediately snapped from daydreaming and embarrassingly went back to finishing your food.

"Y-yeah... I'm o-okay...!" You managed to reply while munching into your food. She still had that puzzled look on her face but she's sure that you are feeling well.
