CHAPTER 4

Next morning.
At 7 am

Jaanvi was still sleeping today. Megha came to the kitchen.

Megha's point of view:
It was 7 when I got ready n came downstairs and bhabhi wasn't there so I think I've to cook todayyy mann. My husband and his family's demands are too much already they are soo choosy regarding food especially during breakfast that's why I don't like to make breakfast like seriously who makes different types of food for all? So stupid. Idk why bhabhi is so free in the morning itself that she makes all that I will only make Poha and tea jisko khana h khaye nhi khana mat khao hufff main bhi toh insaan hu btw aaj bhabhi kyu nhi aayi 🤔🤔
Chodo let's make breakfast Megha start ur work....

I started making Poha for everyone just then mom entered in the kitchen with Chachi

"Aree good morning Megha."- Chachi wished me morning smilingly n looking a bit surprised like mom

"Morning Megha" mom said being surprised to see me here this early.

I wished them morning smilingly and continued doing my work

"So aaj itni jaldi kaise?" Mom asked me suddenly I looked at her and was about to reply but Chachi said:

Ch- "exactly Megha waise toh u come downstairs rushing as usual being late."

Oh god these people are so unsatisfied with me always and I seriously dk why... Well I don't really care much let it be.

After some time I finished making breakfast for all..🥞

It was breakfast time

Our househelp settled the food on the table and she left while I started to serve. All other members were present except Nitesh bhai and Jaanvi bhabhi... I served to others and sat beside Kartik to have my breakfast.

"Aaj Breakfast mein sirf pohe kyu banaye Megha?" Mom asked me.

"Wahi toh yeh toh sb khate bhi nhi hai beta" Chachi said

"Mumma Chachi mujhe jaldi office bhi jana hai bhabhi toh aayi nhi thi toh maine bana diye yahi jaldi jaldi me." I replied to them just after 2 mins we saw bhai coming downstairs

"Morning bhai" Kartik wished Nitesh bhai morning while he just nodded.

"Come beta sit and have breakfast" mom said this to Nitesh bhai then he sat & mom served food for him

"Where is Jaanvi beta??" Mom n Chachi asked to bhai

"She's having a fever mom so she's sleeping " bhai replied.

" Beta is she fine na? I mean fever zyada ho toh call dr na." Mom said with so much concern.

"No no mom she said she'll be fine if she'll sleep a bit I mean take rest.". Bhai replied casually

Megha in her mind- Nitesh bhai said so casually about bhabhi which was a bit weird for me as Kartik really starts panicking if I got a slight fever or something and he's sitting all normal?? Leave it Megha it's there matter and about the rest n all? It's really wrong if she's sick then go to the dr na why she's behaving good here? I mean I can't understand mann seriously these people are just so weird. Well I should eat now.

Then all had Breakfast and went for their respective works.

NITESH'S POV:

I woke up with a really loud voice of alarm honestly I wasn't willing to wake up today but this work!!! Buttt I opened my eyes n saw the room was still dark well it's really weird because Jaanvi my wife wakes up early in the morning then she opens all the curtain get ready and went downstairs then she again come keep my coffee n went to attend everyone else is this family.

I honestly don't talk much to her but I notice her really properly like she's just so perfect for this family and for me I'm so lucky to have this girl in my Life.

My chain of thoughts got broken when I heard my phone's notification. I opened my phone and saw it was 7:55 a.m already that means I have to get up now.

I got up and slid the curtains at the side just to see sunlight peeking inside and directly on Jaanvi's side. I looked at her & she was still sleeping her tomato like red cheeks, closed eyes and those beautiful rosy lips were making her look just so gorgeous then she turned her face to the other side being disturbed due to sunlight. I closed the curtains n went to the washroom to get ready.

After 30 mins I was all ready but jaanvi was still sleeping 😪
I went near her n called her by name 3-4 times

"Jaanvi..... Jaanvi get up.... Aree wake up it's 8:25 already " I said but she didn't pay any heed to it n continued sleeping then I touched her but I felt her hand warm so I touched her forehead and understood she's having fever. I woke her up somehow.

" Aap ready ho gaye itni jaldi kyu?" She asked me innocently.

Aree it's 8:30 baba" I replied to her.

" Whatttt??!!!!" She made a shocked face. "Main itni der se uthi hu? Shit shit I've to go bohottt sara kaam hai main jaati hu" saying this she started to get up but I held her by her arms and said..

"Aree calm down tum rest kro you have fever main dr ko call krta hu" I said honestly.

"Nhi nhi I'll be fine u don't call to the doctor" she said denying to call dr.

"Are u sure?" I asked her.

"Yes yes I'm sure" she replied.

"Okay but take proper rest now kuch khana h abhi tumhe?" I asked.

"Mera sar dukh rha h main so rhi hu uth ke kha lungi main" she said

I nodded at her and then she went to sleep and I went downstairs.
