"What do you think I'm doing, Jenifer?" Kia said calmly.
"You know I hate it when you call me that!" Jen stated.
"I am vary aware. I think you look like a Jenifer, Right Jenifer?"
Kida loved to tease Jen about her name. And Jen was very aware that he did.
"Uhhhh." Jen grunted.
"Are you just gonna stand there, or are you gonna help me?" Kida clearly asked.
"Well, maybe if you tell me what the heck you are doing, maybe I could help." Jen laughed a little.
"I'm digging for the Gauntlet. You know... That big green one with the gold chain. I read it in an old book I found in My Uncle's library It's said to grant shifting, shape-shifting, abilities! My Uncle tol-"
Jen cut him off.
"You know that's just a myth, right? And your uncle isn't the... smartest man alive..."
"Well..." Kida didn't have anything to say. So he just kept digging in the dirt basement of the abandoned house.
"Sam, we should go. It's getting late."
"Jen....ifer you can go, but I am going to stay here and dig."
"Uh.. fine. But I'm not coming back, you hear?"
"Yea Jen. I get it. Now go."
"Yea, I will..."
"Some cousins...." Jen mumbled.
After hours of digging. Kida had found nothing.
