Y/n walked to class with lexi.
You walked in the door and started on your assignment. You felt eyes on you. Your natural instinct was to look to your left. Which you saw nate staring at you. He seemed dazed but not zoned out. Like he was scanning every single detail in your face.
Once you caught Jim looking he stretched and rubbed his eyes.

Soon 3 periods later it was lunch time.
You and lexi sat at the usal table and got to smacking.
"Lexi , I wonder why he was looking at me.. does my hair look okay?" Y/n asked

In 7th-8th grade you had the biggest crush on him and it's like he knew because he would sit by you any chance he got. But when you asked him out he clowned you. And they called you. " nates nerdy nerd"
You and lexi finished lunch and sat there just talking.
That's when it was time to go home since it was a half day.
You started to walk down the shady hallway which was empty.
You got pulled into an even darker space.
"Uhhm what the hell?" You said looking at nate

"I've always liked you. I just distracted myself from the truth with Maddie you know. I honestly want you to be my girlfriend so bad. You don't know how much I adore you y/n." He said holding your hands.

"Nate I'm sorry but your still dating Maddie I cant-" he said before getting cut off.
"I broke up with Maddie for a chance with you." He said

That's when you took the advantage and leaned into him. And he leaned back and he started kissing you and you kissed him back pulling away.
"Nate, i thank you. You know espically after all these years you finally tell me we been on the same page.
"Why you didn't day anything?" She asked
"Scared to be judged by my friends or just anybody else." He said
"But now I realized we are meant to be and it doesn't matter what they say, I will still love who I love. And who I love is you." He said holding her hand looking her dead in the eye.
You see she thought he was cute but he thought she was the love of his life and that she would be having his kids soon.
That's when somebody came and Saud "holy fick" then ran off.
They had went to tell Maddie.
Thats when the whole school comes running behind Maddie recording.
"NATE WHATS GOING ON.?" She asked looking pissed
"LISTEN UP EVERY FUCKING BODY. I WAYS HAD A,PLACE FOR Y/N IN MY HEART. BEFORE MADDUE BEFIRE ALL OF THIS SHIT. OKAY AND IF I WANT TO EXPRESS IT IM GONNA DO IT." He said yelling
"You a fucking cunt" Maddie said trying to hit nate.
That's when you started to just walk away. But he pulled you back making you jerk towards him. And he leaned in and kissed you.
Your whole world was spinning. Finally.

While leading you out the school since it was time to go.
He brought you in his car and it smelt like cologne.
He suprized you with something for some reason...

He began smiling.
