15- warm and cold

Winter laid on Qibli and slowly drifted off to sleep, suddenly he was in a cave with Scarlet. Scarlet then said "Hello young Prince Winter, would you like to get your brother back?" Winter then growled "I'll never kill for you, you're a monster!"

Scarlet smiled slightly "Well good to know you're as foolish as your sister and queen, very well, then your brother will die." Winter growled at Scarlet and said "You won't get the chance, we'll stop you!" Scarlet chackled and Winter woke up, his suddenly shock up woke up Qibli.

"Winty, what's wrong?" Qibli asked Winter sleepily, "Scarlet saw us, we gotta get up and find her and save Hailstorm, quickly!" Qibli woke himself up quickly and said "Should we wake up Kinkajou and Moon?" Winter nodded and said "Yeah, Moon could really help us find Scarlet and Kinkajou could come in handy if we need to be stealthy."

Qibli quickly woke up Kinkajou and Moon and told them what happened, they all began to fly around until Moon heard Scarlet. They flew a bit away from Scarlet and heard her talking to a nightwing, "I can't believe no one is willing to do a little killing, is that such a big deal?"

The nightwing simply said "I guess the think it is." Scarlet then said "Well now I need something to bring pain to and I promised to kill that Hailstorm fellow so go get Pyrite." There was a moment of silence as everyone quickly processed that.

Winter was the first to go flying quickly back toward the camp, he needed to know why Pyrite was needed for Hailstorm. Winter landed quickly, the Nightwing had already landed, Winter quickly hit the Nightwing with his tail as the rest of his winglet landed.

The nightwing looked overly enraged at Kinkajou of all dragons, he pounced at Kinkajou, Winter shot the nightwing with frost breath. The nightwing quickly flew off. Winter then went over to Pyrite and woke her, Winter then said "Pyrite, why does Scarlet need you to find Hailstorm?"

Pyrite then said "What, I don't know what you mean!" Winter felt a small bit of rage, he grabbed Pyrite by the necklace and was about to question her when suddenly she started begging, "NO! Please don't take off the necklace, I will die! Please don't!" Winter was confused.

Qibli suddenly said "What if the necklace is animus enchanted, you did mention she had a animus aura around her, perhaps that's it?" Winter thought about it as Pyrite kept begging, Winter ripped off the necklace. Pyrite suddenly began melting, her form changing as her scales turned from orange to a light blue.

Winter stared in shock at his brother, Hailstorm. Winter was in absolute shock, he quickly approached Hailstorm and said "Hailstorm are you okay?" Hailstorm then said "Hailstorm, I'm Pyrite... no I'm Hailstorm, or am I Pyrite? Who am I?" Hailstorm seemed confused, but Winter was at least glad to see his brother, "You're my brother, Hailstorm." Winter said.
