Lennox pulled the hood up on her jacket, walking out of the hospital room as the door to the maintenance office opened behind Jay. Dr Rosewood came in, looking over Jay's shoulder and seeing his daughter sneak out towards the back of the hospital. He sighed as Jay watched him.
"What?"
"There's a fire door she used to sneak out of around back, we haven't used it for years, it's how she used to sneak out without getting caught, we don't have security there she would've slipped out no problem." He explained.
Jay sighed too as he looked back at the footage. The nurse was coming into Lennox's hospital room as Skye paced back and forward, and when the door opened she turned to see the nurse holding a fresh fluids bag. She frowned with confusion as Skye spoke to her.
"Her dad came to get her, she went for a test."
Dr Rosewood let out a surprised laugh behind Jay, who couldn't wipe the glare off his face as they watched the nurse nod and walk back out of Lennox's hospital room. Without warning he stormed out of the room, pulling out his phone to dial Lennox's number. As hidden as she wanted to be, she wouldn't have been stupid enough to go to a place like the house without her phone. It rang, but it went to voicemail.
"Lennox, I swear to God you better pick up the phone. Do you hear me? You have to come back before you get hurt! You don't have to do this by yourself. If you don't come back I'm telling your father, I can't keep this from him, not if something could happen to you. Just call me, okay? Please."
