Who knew that the devil could be pulled out of me?
Ripped out with fury,
by such a petite and sweet thing.
Her long brown hair;
Her eyes as blue as the ocean,
that pierces my heart
killing the demon inside.
Her giggles and her squeaks;
Her head to her feet.
Everything is perfect,
Forever making me free.
The long car rides,
and the late night phone calls.
Talking about what matters,
to both of us all.
We look for the same;
We pray for each other;
We are the ones,
that complete each other.
If only you could see,
how I would give you the world.
And if only you could hear,
my cries because I could not give you more.
My broken heart is stitched,
by her soft hands on mine.
The gouges of my past,
sealed by her hugs.
In the end,
my world is yours.
And now with you,
I feel reborn.
