THE WHISPER OF DANGER

CHAPTER I : THE LIGHT THAT FADES

It's winter noon, inspite of the cold atmosphere the sun shone brightly over as if it would just burn up everything. I had to pull my sleeve up in order to hide my face from the balmy sun. I was walking towards the woods as my brother just went there with his friends just for a head-to-the-hills. And yes, I was a mountaineer too. And due to it, I had to start my another mountain climb up training that's why I was going along to pass some mountains.
Heading few distance far, I found out I had to climb up a mountain just to reach it's other side and continue walking to the woods again! It was really getting colder here.

After a long struggle of climbing up and down, I reached the end of the mountains and continued my walk towards the woods. Finally, I met my brother who was laughing, chattering along with his friends. I went and sat besides him as my hands and legs were almost frozen due to the shivering cold here.

We had cups of tea, and juice as we had lack of energy afterall. Then we took pictures of the mountains which stood on it's own, courageous! As if it would not let any kind of storm let it down.
We all started our journey back for home and we were on the way until someone..

"Drag...scratch...tap tap...
Hush...whoosh...clap clap...
Somewhere a faint...knock knock...
Then, fainter still...tick tock...tick tock"

Everyone looked towards the way, where the sound came from. It was dead silence. No one was there except our group. Only the sound of howling winds were strong enough to get ears deafened.
I said : Maybe...that just someone passed nearby us.. let's not think deeply about it and just head towards home asap....

Robert grabbed my hand, and pulled me closer to him ensuring that nothing would happen to me, as I was his bestfriend.
But suddenly..
Robert hears someone whispers these lines near his ears

A voice says again "
Save save me
Come near to me
If you don't come near
Forever you will be in fear
Swimming in a pool of your friends' blood
With the blood's flood
From your head blood will stream
And you will try to wake up from this dream
But it will be real..
And your meat will be my meal..
So save me save me
Cone near to me"

Chills run through his spine..Robert pauses for a second and checks who was that

Robert : *with a shaking voice* Wait...Bella!! Did you listen that voice..?? (Robert asks me, oh yes I am Bella)
Me : No?? I didn't hear any sound?
Robert : Guys, didn't you all hear what just som-
"Come come come fast
The longer time you take, that much you will die fast"

*This time Robert was really shaking with fear...
We all were not having any idea about what was happening to Robert. He was just shivering with fear badly as if he was listening to someone.

Robert's POV:
The voice kept repeating these lines near my ears. It was getting louder and louder..I tried to stop it by screaming out loud. No one was visible to me. No one!!! Except pitch black colour..And the voice sounding near me. I tried to stop it screaming, by keeping my hands firm on both of my ears!!!
And last I couldn't take it anymore and tried to run away closing my eyes. Because everything was already pitch black for me..Where did Bella and rest of my friends go??? But I started running, I kept running....The voice chased me.....it never stopped.....

End of Robert's POV.

Jack and me stood frozen in our spot seeing the way Robert was screaming...Something was really wrong with him. Why would someone scream too much??? Besides me Henry, and Tom (My bro) was standing who tried to wake up Robert, shaked his arms but he just kept of shrieking. Even my girl besties Emily and Selena tried to stop him from shouting but no use. ..at last Robert murmured something pushed Henry and Emily, and just started running towards the deep woods by closing his eyes.
