After that incident our neighbor took me with them where i grow with taehyung. He was always annoying towards me but after what happened he cared for me more than usual.
He was just 10 when learned everything about households and took care of me while his parents aren't home. I was traumatised about that night that I have a fear of darkness. Taehyung always made sure to turn the lights on of my room so that I can sleep well. My 6 year old brain always wants a lullaby and a story to sleep which my mom always did but taehyung took that responsibility too
It's been 15 years since I've been like this but I don't want to be a burden on them anymore.

"At least listen to me and please calm down you are all red" I directed him towards the couch and sit beside him " I just completed my graduation and I want to a job and I can't be a burden on you and your family anymore"
"How many times do I have to tell you that you are not a burden on anyone" his voice is calmed now
"I know tae but I want a job to become something I want to be in my life and do something for me" i sighed
"B-but can't you just live here and do your job?" He asked with the purest look
"I don't even have a job first I've to apply for a interview" I said but why his face screaming like he got the dirtiest idea in his mind "why are you smirking like an idiot?"
"Okay i got an idea" he smiled his boxy smile "I'm already doing my job in bb entertainment so i can ask them a favour for you and you have all the degrees and stuff plus you are talented and I know many people there huh what you say?"
"I've nothing to say but i love you" I kissed his cheeks and smiled ear to ear
"Anything for my best friend" he smiled back "by the way I'm really waiting for your 'i love you' become 'i love you baby' someday" he sighed and I smacked his head which make him laugh even more "Okay okay no flirting"
"Thank you tae it means a-lot to me" I almost cried
" shut up or I'll tell momma that you go to the club and kiss other men" he smacked my head with a rolled magazine
"How bold of you to assume that she'll believe her lair son" I laughed at his stupidity because he always get scolded because of me
"Okay jokes aside and I'm arranging a interview for you so be ready tomorrow" he sighed because still he doesn't want me to leave him here and shift to my new house which barely a room to be exact but once I started earning money I'll buy a house
All i need is to pass in the interview and get a perfect job for me. I hope it will go well
"Good night tae bear" "Good night butterfly" my mom always say this to me when it's time to sleep "and don't stress about tomorrow I know you have potential and you'll do best"
"Thanks tae" we bid goodbyes and left for our rooms
