The Rumbling

Ari bought his titans on land and marched them in columns of three with himself at the head. Ari deliberately avoided the coastal town of civilians instead he went straight for the massive military base and the surrounding facilities that housed the vast majority of Marley's ground army as well as many soldiers from other nations that were going to join in the eventual invasion of Paradise. The base itself was massive as it was the primary staging area but of course, it was no match for the rumbling.

From his vantage point, Ari could see hundreds of thousands if not millions of soldiers running around trying to prepare defenses. This was basically every nation in the coalition's ground army and they had a lot of equipment. Ari began to get artillery fire, mortars, small arms, and everything else, but it was absolutely nothing to him. A Colossals foot trampled the front gate of the huge military base as the soldiers realized there was nothing they could do and began to run. But the soldiers were nowhere near as fast as Ari and his army. He could hear screams and metals twist as he flattened barracks and hundreds of men with just one step.

Ari had no sympathy for these people at all. All of them were going to invade his home, oppress his people, steal his island's resources, and do terrible things to the ones he loved. He would never allow the thought of Historia and Talia at their mercy to become reality. So he crushed them all under his feet, they couldn't even slow him down at all. His titans had crushed every one of the soldiers, the hot steam reduced what was left of the bodies and broken military facilities to nothingness.

Ari's thoughts: All of you die! You will never hurt them again!

It didn't take Ari long to completely demolish it with almost zero effort. Nothing could or did stand in his way as he slaughtered over a million soldiers and destroyed the largest military base in the world. It was not long until Ari moved on to his next target, the military-industrial district in a nearby town. Over the course of the next few hours, Ari crushed everything in his path destroying Marley's ability and any other nation that was in the alliance's ability to put up any sort of fight.

Ari only avoided large population centers, towns, cities, and villages. Everything else from mines, transportation hubs, power generation, factories, historical sights that celebrated Marley, airfields, military bases, places that stored natural resources, rail lines, and roads were flattened. It went on like this for hours on end, killing anyone who was unlucky enough to be in his way. After Ari was satisfied that the coalition military and Marley has anything of even a meager power was crushed he then split his army of colossal titans into three. And sent them to three nations that lay on Marley's border.

Back on Paradise Hange had gathered everyone up and taken them to the airfield where the freedom and the other planes that Ari along with Hange had built. Armin and Mike were quickly running through their pre-flight checklist and got the engines running.

Andrew: Remind me again why we are going after Ari?

Hange: Because I'm tired of him doing everything alone. Plus don't you wanna see this thing?

Eren gave her a skeptical look.

Eren: You also wanna make sure he doesn't go too far right?

Hange sighed, she didn't want to admit it but Eren was right.

Hange: Yes, you can never be too careful with that kind of power.

Levi was there as well, he was angry at Ari. The entire group of Scouts he was with had been turned into titans because of him. He had been forced to let Zeke go and run away since he could not bring himself to kill his friends. But just as the plane was getting ready to take off A Garrison soldier came rushing over.
