migraine

Jensen Ackles woke up with a throbbing pain in his head. He tried to shake it off, but it only got worse. He had a migraine, and it was one of the worst he had ever experienced.

He stumbled out of bed and made his way to the bathroom. The bright lights made his head hurt even more, and he had to close his eyes and take a deep breath.

He knew he had a long day of filming ahead of him, but he didn't know how he was going to make it through with this headache.

As he made his way to set, he could feel his head pounding with each step. He couldn't focus on anything, and he just wanted to curl up in a dark room and sleep.

But when he arrived on set, he saw Jared Padalecki waiting for him. Jared could tell that something was wrong, and he asked Jensen if he was okay.

Jensen tried to shrug it off, but the pain was too much. He told Jared that he had a migraine and didn't know how he was going to make it through the day.

Jared immediately jumped into action. He knew exactly how to help Jensen through a migraine, and he wasn't going to let him suffer alone.

He took Jensen to his trailer and turned off all the lights. He made sure the room was quiet and peaceful, and he helped Jensen lie down on the couch.

Jared started to massage Jensen's temples, using gentle pressure to try and relieve the pain. He talked to him in a soft voice, telling him to take deep breaths and try to relax.

Jensen could feel the tension in his head starting to ease. Jared's touch was soothing, and his voice was calming. He started to feel a little bit better, and he was grateful to have Jared there with him.

Jared stayed with him for the rest of the day, making sure he had everything he needed. He brought him water and medication, and he talked to him about anything and everything to keep his mind off the pain.

As the day wore on, Jensen started to feel a little bit better. The pain was still there, but it wasn't as intense as before. He knew that he had Jared to thank for that.

By the end of the day, Jensen was exhausted but relieved. He was grateful to have a friend like Jared who would go above and beyond to help him through a tough time.

And as he lay down to sleep that night, he knew that he had someone in his life who was always there for him, no matter what.
