"Doug Remer is one of the biggest sports stars in the world, but to me, he'll always be the same douche I grew up with," Y/N replied to the nosey reporters.

"What else can you tell us, Y/N?" the reporters yelled as she backed away

"Nothing else, now please leave me alone!" - Y/N said, turning on her heel and running away.

They had spotted her hanging with Doug and Coop and thought she was dating one of them as if she would date one of her childhood best friends—she has known the two of them since they were in kindergarten. So why would she have any feelings whatsoever? She always hated people asking if she was dating them. Believe it or not, people ask that very frequently. She ran for about a block and then finally calmed down. She hailed a taxi and went home. She couldn't help but think to herself...

"Why would I have feelings for Coop and Remer," she went on "Why would I have feelings for Remer."

She cut off those thoughts right there. She felt a little buzzed since she had been drinking a bit, but those are just buzzed thoughts. They don't mean anything. When She got home she went right to bed. She didn't want to think about those two for the rest of the night. She couldn't let herself.

The next morning she woke up a little hung-over from the night before. Before those assholes were bothering her she had just come from the bar with some friends. She got ready for work and headed out and still felt like shit. As she was working she got a call,

"You goddamn reporters! Now you found my work, leave me the hell alone Coop Remer and I are just friends and that's all we'll ever be, now fuck off!" Y/N screamed at the top of her lungs.

Y/N worked a boring office job while playing and producing music as a side job. She always wanted to be a famous musician, but she was just too shy to share her music with the world. Y/N's boss came over to her desk.

"Hey Y/N is everything alright?" Mr. Goldberg asked

"Yeah sorry, reporters and journalists keep harassing me and now they found where I work." Y/N sighed

"Why are reporters calling you?" Mr. Goldberg added

"My childhood Friends are Joe Cooper and Doug Remer, they think I'm dating one of them," Y/N replied

"Why don't you take the rest of the day off, you sound like you're dealing with a lot." Mr. Goldberg stated

"Are you sure Mr.Goldberg?" Y/N asked

"Of Course, you are one of the hardest workers in the company I don't mind if you take a much-needed break." Mr. Goldberg assured

"Thank you so much, sir, have a good day," Y/N said

Now she had one less thing to worry about, for the time being. What she didn't know was her entire life would be uprooted with seven words.
