But everyone's gotta go on don't they?

Before we get into the story

So before I start this thing I just wanted to say a couple things. I know I said a lot in the summary but like there's more I gotta add so bare with me, if you wanna skip this, then go ahead but I warned you and you decided to not read this.

First, I'm not the best writer, meaning I don't know how to use ',' properly sometimes and shit like that. So, if your one of those people who don't like stories that don't use proper wording and stuff, then this ain't the writing for you. English is my first language and I know I could use grammeraly or whatever it's called but I honestly don't care cause this story is more for me then anything.

Second, there's not any smut in this but there is lime. Lime in definition is "A Lime is a Fanfic in which characters engage in limited sexual activity, without it being portrayed explicitly. Basically, the fanfic equivalent of soft-core porn". This isn't gonna be soft core porn like the definition says, but it with have make-outs and maybe groping??? If this doesn't make sense I recommend checking the ppc wiki and look up "citrus scale" which go into further explanation on stuff like lemons, limes, and further on. The reason why this isn't a lemon and instead is a lime, is because I'm not very comfortable writing sex scenes and I honestly don't see it happening in this story, I also am not just very used to writing smut therefore it just wouldn't be good.

Thirdly, scout and sniper are grown men. People range scouts age from 23-27 because of the comics being in a different year than the actual game. I'm just gonna make him 27 in this as I think that's the cannon age and because this will be after the comics. Sniper will be 35 so that would make it a 8 years difference but in no mean does it make this story nonetheless the ship an 'major age difference' meaning this ship isn't problematic. The reason I bring this up is because people will argue that scout is just a kid and that sniper is old and shit like that to which I disagree with it very much.

Fourth, scout and snipers names are canonically Jeremy and Mick Mundy, so that will be their names,however, I will give scout a non cannon last name which will be Harper. You can decide if you want it to be this or something else I don't care, but for the story it will be Harper.
