Eclipse POV.

30 minutes. We're landing in 30 minutes! I shifted in my seat, watching the data filter through as the Golden Retriever entered Earth's Atmosphere.

"And we're sure our shields and cloaking devices are engaged? Right?" Solar asked Siege. Again.

"Yes. I'm positive." Siege chuckled.

*We need to find one of those safes soon. The ship needs more energon.* Harmony informed us.

Noted.

"I double-checked the maps Uncle Thundercracker has saved. The landing zone isn't far from one." I informed her and everyone.

"Where exactly?" Flare spun in his chair.

"There's a valley not far. About a ten-minute walk for us. The safe is next to a rock that juts out from the valley side. Everything down there is crammed with trees or bushes." I snort at my brother when he wobbled in his chair.

"So the valley would be running west to east? Right? Sunlight all day long." Solar hummed. "It would explain where there's so much growth there."

"I think so. But Earth's nature is- odd." Siege chuckled.

"Odd but pretty! Sometimes weird." Wavelength laughed.

"Definitely weird!" Flare chirped.

"Really?" I asked curious, staring out the ship at the endless green and white ahead of us.

"Yes! Weird! It's all soft and floppy." Flare defended himself.

"Floppy?!" I crack up laughing.

"Yes!! And soft! Or fuzzy!"

*Doesn't Cybertron have floppy plants?* Harmony asked.

"Tons." I smile remembering one of the summers I spend exploring Cybertron. "I found a crater once. The metal had worn and rusted away from one of the old war routes and camps. It all collapsed into a sinkhole underneath. At the bottom was this deep energon lake. Probably there long before the war started. But the walls were covered in glowing plants. Some were stiff and some of them were soft, similar to Earth leaves. I found a cluster of spongy plants. When touched they oozed this nasty slime."

*EW!* Harmony shuttered.

I laughed a bit.

*What else have you found?* She gave a snack to Space Mouse.

"I found a cave system once. Fairly new as well. There was only enough space for me. But it was beautiful. Glowing algae grew on the walls and dripped from the cave top." I chuckle.

*Wow!!* Harmony looked starry-eyed.

"She's been everywhere." Solar joked.

"Not even close." I laugh. "I've seen maybe a fourth of the planet."

"Only a fourth?" Wavelength teased.

"Yes!" I laugh. "Cybertron has layers! And every layer has its major city, major landmarks, biomes, lakes!"

"What about oceans?" Flare hummed.

"The oceans are on the bottom layer? Remember?" I study his blank face. He must be nervous he mixed up information. Here we go again! "Cybertron has five livable layers. The first, the top, is almost completely city-based. Unless you count the sea of rust and other such areas. The second layer, is the most exposed to the top layer. That one is known for its natural resources like energon lakes, refined metal mines, and magnetic fields. The third layer is the tallest, known for its tall forests and silicone metal plants."

"That's where Wheeljack's Dinobots live now? Right?" Solar asked.

"I think so? Access to that layer is heavily patrolled now. After the war a bunch of bots made their own companies to preserve Cybertron." Flare added.

"How do you remember history but no geography?" Wavelength laughed.

"Because it's confusing!" Flare whined.

"And the teacher hates us." Siege growled. "But please, continue Eclipse."

I chuckle. "The fourth layer is your caves and richer mines. That's where you'll find massive energon mines, huge magnet mines, bio light orb caves, most any resource Cybertron has comes from that layer. The final layer has your oceans. Deep ravines and trenches and silicone reefs. That's the layer with zero light from our sun. Pure bioluminescent lights!"

Harmony nodded. *Wow!!! What's below the fifth layer?*

"Nothing but metal, and more metal. The only thing after that is the chamber of Primus." Siege filled in.

"You can only get there from the well, right?" Wavelength asked.

"Yep! Found on the first layer right?" Solar added.

"Yep!" I chirp and check my screen. "Ten minutes till we land!"

"Whoah!!" Flare spun faster in his chair.

"Then prepare for landing everyone!" Solar refocused his attention.

I enter what I need to and watch the approaching ground.

"What do you like Earth is like?" Wavelength asked. It's what? The size of one of our moons?"

"Give or take." I confirm. "It's also an organic planet, so fewer open layers."

"I think Earth only has one? Right?" Siege asked.

"Yes, it does." Solar answered him.

"Sweet! I like Earth, they know how to do it simple!"

I chuckle. "Five minutes!"

*I can't wait!* Harmony cheered. *And then we'll find resources! And then the cure! And then we can save Carrier!*

"Both of ours." Solar smiled.

I glance at them with a concerned look. We all did. Solar did everything he could to make Ratchet proud. It was the least he could do after he offered to help Optimus raise him. The prime won't talk about his late spark mate. All we know is that Solar never met her. He was still too young to even remember her faceplate... When Optimus couldn't raise his only child alone, Ratchet dropped everything to help his friend. So of course Solar calls Ratchet his carrier. Harmony only had Mr. Frost. I don't know where her sire is.

"Hey Harmony. What's your family like?" I asked.

*What do you mean?* She looked confused.

"Well, it's you and Mr. Frost. What about your sire? If you don't mind."

*Oh! Not at all!* She giggled. *I don't know my sire. I never got to meet him. Everyone keeps saying he died in some awful accident. My carrier died long before him.*

"I thought Frost was your carrier?" Wavelength paused.

*Now he is. He adopted me.*

Solar froze before pulling her into his lap.

*Is? He ok?* Harmony asked.

"Yes I am." He chuckled airily.

Harmony hummed and snuggled into his lap. I watch them for another minute, then my brothers, then Wavelength. He had turned his focus to his computers, monitoring passing radio signals from the humans. His lips were pressed into a focused line, the soundwaves on his visor rising slightly if he hummed. I know we were all a friend group, but could we be a family? I pull my optics away when Soundwave catches me. I certainly hope was can.
