To start off, you should start with your account aesthetic.
Such as Colours, Fonts, How you write stories aesthetic, etc.
To make your profile theme match I'd recommend searching for a character on Pinterest or Twitter so that it would be easier to find a pfp and a bg to match your pfp.

As you can see, they all match colour theme and some look plain and some look over exaggerated.
Now for your bio if you have experience making them you can go onto the next chapter to find some fonts and symbols.
In your bio you should list things like:
Your Name/ Nick Name Your Age (only if you feel comfortable. Remember you shouldn't share your age if you're underage to avoid getting banned and attracting unwanted attention) What You Like/Dislike Social Media Links
Now it's time to decorate our bio with fonts, emojis, & symbols.
The next page will contain lists of fonts, emoji combos and symbols.
To make your words look special you can change the font in a couple of letters in some words.

There are plenty of websites that have symbols to look nice.
When creating your own, I'd recommend having your own spacing such as ﹒﹐﹢﹑﹕︔︉﹗﹔﹕﹒？！
Then you should have some shapes such as ♡ ☆
You can add your own emojis after any spacing.
Eg.

If you prefer to make it simpler or more complex that's fine.
