"Mommy, you look pretty on that dress." A young kid said to her mother. She does look stunning as her body fits on an emerald-colored dress paired with a diamond necklace and her smile could make everyone stare.
"Thank you, my love." The lady in green said.
"Mommy, can I wear that dress when I grow up? I want to look as pretty as you!" The kid has nothing but excitement and admiration written on her face. Imaging what does the future holds...
"I bet you would look prettier than me, my lil' Marcela." The lady said as she check something on her phone. A few minutes after, she raise her head just to see her daughter dreaming in her sleep. She signal her hand for a drink and the attendant immediately served it.
"Salamat..." The lady decided to drink through the whole flight as she feel nervous out of nowhere—perhaps because of the new movie where she is the main protagonist.
*BOOOOOM!* *GRRRRRR*
"Mommy? MOMMY!" The loud sound woke up the kid crying. The airplane is shaking.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING?" The lady hurriedly asked the attendant while she holds her daughter's hand.
"Sorry ladies, just a bird got caught in the blades. Currently, we have 1 more hour of flight." The pilot announced through the speaker of a private plane where only a pilot, an attendant and 2 passenger are inside.
"Hush now, my love. We're alright..." The lady said as she kissed her head and pat those little shoulders to calm the kid down.
*BAMMMM* *INGGGGG*
*BOOOOOOOMMM*
a whole turned into pieces...
a life turned to ashes...
excitement turned to sorrow...
everything is covered in mud...
seems like the rain feels thy pain...
