"Hi mel " really not ready for what ever she's about to say

" I can drop you home "

" no I'll wait for James "

" ok"  she went mute for about few seconds before she said " I miss you Aaron"  her eyes met mine and I could read she was sincere about it  
"I know I fucked up ,but I really miss you and you wont pick my calls"

"Aaron, let create what we had again " she touch my chest and I stopped her

"Mel it best this way, let move on "
Praying James will be done soon

" but I cant move on, you are all i think about night an day, please babe"

" mel you are wasting your time,now excuse me "

James start the car as I gently push melissa back to move
We drove out leaving her crying at the car park 

I dont joke with gem so she shouldn't have treated her that way

After about few minutes James said few words that reminded me of her

"Aimee is back "  he said  "Sarah is with her, wont you go see her "

I knew she will be back today, Mimi told me
I really want to, seeing her was my everyday wish,watching her laugh an eat , I wish for it for 2 weeks  now.
2 weeks seemed like 5 years, I played her videos on my phone every time,

" Zain party is today, it been long we did something for fun, you are coming right?"

"Not sure man am tired an need to rest a little"

He drop me home, as I went to my room, my mum has been busy this days because of the new spa 

After taking a shower, my bed was  uncomfortable, have not slept here for long
I couldn't sleep, I need to see her

I stood up, wore my clothes as I walk down to gems house, as usual  I climb the trees that lead to her room

But it wasn't locked, I push it slowly as I step in
She open the door an walked in, she murmured about the window, before she switched the lights on
That when I saw her, the girl i yearn for everyday

"Hi gem " I tried to be clam as I could we weren't in the best shoes yet for me to wrap my arms around her but I determined to do that today 
"Sorry I should have use the front door  your mum was home "

She hasn't moved from where she was, and hasn't said anything for the last min, she was looking down at her toes rather than meet my eyes

Still am not leaving 

"Gem can we talk " I made two steps from where I was

Walking on egg shells 

"Hmm Aaron am tired, we can talk tomorrow" she bit her nails nervously

"Ok, then I'll stay here for the night"

That took her by surprise but as I said am ending this space between us

" why " her voice was low but I could here her well
"Because I miss you, an everything about you so even if you are not going to talk to me"
She licked her lips, for the frist time

"Am not leaving Gem so go in an take a shower  "
She nod, picked up her towel as she went  to the bathroom

Few min she came out in her puppy's pyjamas, I had already settled my self on the couch,

I switched off the light,

Her couch was smaller so it was very uncomfortable, I couldn't complain right now
I turned again and again ,sleep was far from me right now and  I know she wasn't sleeping either

"Aaron "  her voice was so soft " come to the bed, I know you are uncomfortable"  
" it alright,"

"Aaron the bed is big enough and we have always been sleeping together "
That the problem, things have change, I have changed, I long to touch her lips which has never been so
I long to hug her so tight that  her soft breast press on my chest
I long so many things with her which cause my d**k to be awake 
She is my friend, I kept telling my self that

I stood up an switch the light on, lay the blanket on the floor then sat on it
" come down Gem,we need to talk"
She sat up an stare directly at me
After a few min of mumbling she came  down

She sat opposite to  me
" Gem we have known each other for a long time, we've grown up together an we've watch each other face different problems from family an friend an am happy that we still stood together "
She bit her nails nervously as I continued

" this year's has been different, an am sorry for causing major of our problems, am really sorry Gem "

Quiet, she was, I crawl close  to her,I lifted up her face slowly,her eye stare directly to mine  "I miss you Gem so much that you can't tell"  

She wrap her  hands around my neck, as she place her face on my shoulder

I wrap myself around her,pulling her in she sat on my laps, I kiss the top of her head, as I felt her rest her self on me
At this moment I realise my relationship with Gem isn't just friendship, what we have is more than that
