Resounded loud footsteps echoed through the halls as soft patters ran around seeming panicked. As the footsteps neared the seeming soft patters a soft chuckle came from the man as he sees a dress sticking out from under the bed.

"My princess, I'm here to love you, why are you hiding?"

The edge of the woman's dress disappears under the bed as she quietly shuffled under there not noticing he's already seen her.

"Are you shy?"

The woman covered her mouth as his words struck a cord, her face completely covered in a crimson color, extremely flustered.

He chuckles and reaches his hand under the bed and grabs her ankle. Softly and swiftly she was suddenly in his arms making her yell in surprise.

"My princess...."

He suddenly trails off as he looks at her, looking and taking in all she is.

"...I've fallen in love with you all over again"

Adoringly, his words laced with sweet and intense love made her extremely happy and shy so she tried to hide but he kept her in place looking at her.

"I feel like I'm in heaven every second I'm with you....."

He trailed off, dazed as he looks at her with love seeping out his eyes and all over his being for her. She grows even more red making him adore her even more.

'I'm going to die...', the woman's heart pounding so loudly as he looks at her with love making her want to faint.

'This is overwhelming...', she thought as she fainted in his arms.

_____

(Cue long backstory to where this all started....lmao....)

_____

The city bustling as she walks leisurely dodging every person nonchalantly. She yawns and heads to the bookstore and quietly scans the area before going to the romance section.

Opening a book and reading a bit, she immediately skimmed and read a different book having the same reaction.

'So bland...', the stories were truly bland with the most overused compliments and romance scenes.

'This is supposed to be the romance section, but all I'm reading is a middle school confession. Plus with over-the-top unnecessary scenes leading up to it'

She then sat at one of the tables with a book, that had an ocean cover, catching her attention a bit so why not give it a chance?

She reads a bit, then halfway through the book she had realized it was sunset already making her look around in surprise.

'So much time has passed already?! I barely started?!'

She was truly caught up in the book making her confused, but she paid and took the book home, deciding to finish it tonight.

She looked as if she was bored with everything and everyone, which was mostly true but not all of it.

She never like putting on a fake smile to greet or talk with people, it was tiring.
