Basic Information
The Herrscher of Love appears to be a 20 year old female adult, at first (sometimes) a rather charismatic type of femme fatale. Although, It's actually pretty violent and well... maniacal, It's like a mix of Sirin and Senti somewhat, yet still charismatic and deceiving.

The Herrscher secludes herself in a strange domain nowadays, of what we call an 'Imaginary Space', similar to the Herrscher of Void. Rarely ever leaves that domain, and the exact and specific location of said domain is unknown, as if it doesn't exist. (Sukuna looking ahh domain hehe)

Weaponry, element, powers
Surprisingly.. It — It uses a literal parasol umbrella.. Alas, It wields Lightning. It also seems to wield a golden-red rose-decorated scythe, just rarely used. Talk about being elegant.. It has the ability to control emotions, create illusions and pull heartstrings, literally. It doesn't necessarily need to pull your actual heart, It simply 'creates' the heart, and rips it in half or cracks it, depending on how much damage It pleases to make. Whenever dodging or anything, it leaves a deep-red rose trail-like illusion. Surprisingly enough, It's Houkai level is considerably similar to the one of Sirin's or Hua's.
