The next day I woke up, still in my clothes from the night before. I checked the time, almost one... great.
I crawled out of bed, putting on nike pros, and a black nike shirt.
I walked downstairs with messed up hair.
"Hello? Is anyone home?" I called out, walking into the kitchen to see Jeremiah making something.
"I'm home." He shrugged, giving me a small smile.
"Aw man, its you." I frowned before laughing a bit.
"Aw man, you look like you got hit by a bus." He smirked, running off.
"Jeremiah Fisher!" I ran after him.
Jeremiah went one way, and I went the other. We ended up meeting back in the kitchen but we were running so fast that he caught me in his arms.
We were very close now, I knew I already had feelings for him but it felt stronger now.
Wait no. I've liked... LOVED Conrad since I was ten. Jeremiah was like the best friend who you felt like you liked but couldn't.
"Uhm.. Gotcha?" I awkwardly laugh, stepping away from him.
"Right, yes!" He patted me on the shoulder before exiting the room.
I put my elbows on the counter, laying my head between my hands. Wheres Belly when you need her?
Its been hours since I saw Jeremiah, I walked outside to see him talking to Susannah so I ended up not talking to them.
Then I heard a phone ding. Susannahs phone?
Its wrong to check peoples phone but it was an email, and I think Susannah doesn't work... I could be wrong.
As I started reading tears started falling, I dropped the phone and ran upstairs.
"Conrad..?!" I croaked, looking in his room.
Conrad was there, I guess he got here without me knowing.
He jumped up and grabbed me, "What happened?!"
"Susannah- she-" It's like I couldn't breath from this. I was so shocked that I just lost all balance and fell.
"What about her? Is she ok?" Conrad asked, helping me up.
"Conrad.. I think she has cancer."
"What...?"
