Butters x Kenny Oneshots

🤧Sickly Duties🤧

"ACHOO!"

"Bless you, Kenny!" Butters held up a tissue to his boyfriend's nose, making sure that he didn't get snot all over himself. Kenny sniffled loudly. "Thanks." He said hoarsely.

"It sucks that you got sick, I was looking forward to our date this weekend." Butters sighed. "I know, but we can go to the lake as soon as I get better." Kenny responded, giving a gentle smile to Butters. Butters smiled back and let Kenny hold onto the tissue so that way he could cover Kenny up with a blanket. Butters tucked in the dirty blonde haired male, making sure that he felt nice and snug. "Is this good?" He asked. Kenny nodded.

Butters stood up next to the bed and looked down at poor Kenny. His nose was bright red, and his eyes were bloodshot; Butters felt extremely bad seeing his lover so sick like this. "You shouldn't be doing all of this for me, you're gonna get sick too." Kenny stated. Butters shook his head. "Well I don't care! As long as me helping you makes you feel better, that's- that's all that matters!" Butters stuttered with a caring grin. "Mmm...alright." Kenny chuckled, coughing right after.

Butters frowned and gently climbed into bed next to Kenny. "You should rest, you'll feel better quicker if you do." Butters whispered while staring at his lover's very detailed face. Kenny stared back at Butters and grinned. "I'll try." He wrapped an arm around Butters as the other male covered himself with the same blanket that Kenny was using. "Will you rest with me?" Kenny asked. Butters smiled, "Of course, Ken."

Butters snuggled himself up into the sick Kenny, and made himself comfortable.

They lay together in silence, Kenny breaking it by coughing or sneezing every few minutes. It was peaceful, and Kenny soon drifted off into a sick sleep. Butters looked up at the now asleep Kenny and laughed quietly to himself.

"I'll always be here to take care of you...and I know you'll do the same thing for me." Butters closed his eyes, and let his body go unconscious.
