A Man to man fanfiction, tv series from netflix. All characters are not mine but from the creators of Man to man. This is my continuation of Season 1 Episode 15. Do-ha and Un-Kwang just stopped Seol-Woo from killing the two key suspects now that Dong-Hyun is suspected of espionage.
She looked around. It was very quiet. Memories surface. She was thankful he hadn't fired today. Do-Ha looked at the talisman he had given her. She smiled and said out loud as if he could hear.
"Our tactics of the lovers have not ended yet. You told me to hold out another day. Please remember this: You are not alone, I trust you and I love you."
He felt a lump in his throat and stepped out of the shadows. He quickly walked over to her and hugged her from behind. He laid his head against hers. Tears were streaming down her cheeks by now. He sighed softly. Yes she really was his weak spot.
"Thank you." She said smiling and turned to him so she could look into his eyes. What she saw was sadness, gratitude and.... Love. He wiped the tears from her face, leaned over and gave her a gentle kiss. With a watery smile, he said he loved her too. They walked hand in hand to the couch and sat down. He took her hands in his. He gently stroked her hands with his thumbs. Then he brought her hands to his lips and kissed them.
"Are you OK?" he asks softly.
Do-Ha nodded. She looked at him with tears in her eyes. He smiled and told her his story. How he developed feelings for her and how he used the lovers' tactics as an excuse to actually woo her. Although he knew he would have to go through the dust since he lied so much in the beginning. He was relieved to finally be able to tell who he was and what he actually did. That she had touched his heart and that she was his soft spot. When he mentioned that his pillows actually got softer and longer because of his true feelings for her instead of his normal hard and requisitioned pillow that he used to use while on a mission with women. She looked at him in disbelief.
"So that time we were watching movies when you were recovering were real? she asks incredulously.
He nodded and smiled.
"I didn't know then what my feelings really were for you. I only found out when I realized you had stayed with me the whole time after I was shot. I mean what I said Do-Ha. I will not go off on a mission without speaking or die without your permission. After this mission, I'm quitting the Secret Service and I want to build a normal life with you. Well, with Un-Kwang that is not so normal of course"
She looked at him questioningly.
"I have another last mission. I have to go to Hungary to stop the Red October organization. Don't worry my dear Do-Ha, I'm not going alone. I don't know when I'll be back and if I'm still the same man I know. Don't wait for me" he says.
She looked straight at him and answered.
"I will always wait for you"
He smiled because he knew her facial expressions by now.
"Then wait for me," he says smiling.
He knew this would be a difficult mission. Not physically, well maybe because he longed for her very much by now. Besides, she would go through his mind all the time. He just hoped he could concentrate on his mission. He had to survive because now he had someone to return to. His 'brother' Un-Kwang had asked him to remain his bodyguard. He had decided to leave the secret service to start a normal life. Unfortunately, this mission caused , that to be postponed for a while. She rummaged in her handbag and pulled out the talisman/GPS tracker. She put it in his hand.
