Going out on a walk in the vicinity of will grahams home

Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham walk side by side down a quiet, narrow road.
         They're deep in conversation, but their attention is drawn to a dog that's wandering aimlessly down the street.

WILL GRAHAM:
Hey, look at that dog. He looks lost.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
Yes, he does. Perhaps we should take him in and care for him until we can find his rightful owner.

WILL GRAHAM:
I was thinking we could adopt him..Maybe?
HANNIBAL LECTER:
Adopt him?
Hannibal looks at Will, surprised. "Well we could .. Its your call will"

WILL GRAHAM:
Yeah. We could give him a permanent home.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
I see. Well, I must admit, the idea does have its appeal. Okay, he agrees.

Will kneels down and calls the dog over. The dog approaches hesitantly at first,
But after a few more tries and will grahams persistency the dog licks Will's hand.
Will having the biggest smile on his face
Proud of himself collecting yet another dog.
WILL GRAHAM:
See he behaves nicely, seems friendly enough.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
Indeed. Let's take him back to your house and see how he settles in.
-Heading back to Wills house -
Will and Hannibal arrive at the front door with the dog. Will unlocks the door and they step inside. The dog seems nervous at first, maybe overwhelmed by the other dogs will has, but then starts to explore the house.

WILL GRAHAM:
What should we name him? I couldn't find a tag.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
he certainly looks like a Winston.

WILL GRAHAM:
Winston it is.

Will spends the afternoon playing with Winston, Winston quickly warms up to his new owners, and seems to be enjoying his new home.

Later that evening, Hannibal and Will sit on the couch, watching Winston sleep peacefully on the floor.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
I must say, I never thought I'd be this proud to own a dog with you will.

WILL GRAHAM:
I love my dogs. But I have to admit, it feels good to have him around. I'm glad he gets along with the other dogs.

HANNIBAL LECTER:
Yes. It's nice to have something to care for.

They both smile
Thinking about one another
Yes it is.
