Petition to call Joel Miller "Sweetbread" ?

I found out a few months ago while writing Soul Dent that my favourite mushroom is referred to as "The Miller" and people nickname it "Sweetbread" due to its smell of raw dough/damp flour.

And I don't know why but I feel it just clicks with Joel, not just because it's called "The Miller" but because he can be mistaken for something he's not, just the the fungi which is also considered not tasty, like people would look at Joel and deem him "Not ideal" too much raw emotion and anger in him, people don't like that, it would scare people in an apocalypse. Ellie on the other hand feels safe in Joel's anger, she feels protected, and she knows when Joel starts warming up to her, becoming more and more comfortable in her presence and not on high alert. This nickname in my eyes jest really clicks, especially into how my books work and how I see Joel and his relationship with Ellie.

(Added note, Ellie would call him "Bread Boy.")
