Two big things were happening. We were moving into the theatre today and I was moving in with Mike! All the cast met up at the 42 Studios and then 2 buses pulled up. One for the cast and crew that were there already, and one for costumes, sets, and everything else behind the scenes. The only downside was it was 5:00 am. We had a very long day scheduled just so we could get used to the stage.

I was stood by Mike leaning on him with our fingers laced together. He was talking to Freddy until the bus finally pulled up. I let go of Mikes hand and walked beside Sutton to the bus. The car ride would only be about 8 minutes. I sat by myself but across the aisle was Henry, who played Eugene, and in front of me was Sutton. Behind me was Freddy. We were all talking and every once in a while I took a sip from my thermos filled with coffee. I needed the caffeine this morning.

Once we arrived at the theatre we walked in and looked around for our dressing rooms. I was with Portia, who plays Jan, Dani, who plays Frenchie, and Eloise, who plays Marty. I liked how all the pink ladies were together. I chose the mirror closest to the window. I had Dani next to me, Eloise on the other side of the room and Portia beside her. We set our makeup and hair stuff down before changing into our dance heels and heading out to the stage for the first time.

Once on the stage we looked around and it was amazing. We were opening in just over 3 weeks, everyone's costumes were set, I got along with all but one person! We started going over choreography before we were called to costumes. I collected all of my costumes and headed back to the dressing room. I hung them in Dani and I's closet. I took out my first one and threw in on before the rest of the girls came in. I started back out to the stage but was met with Mike standing outside the door.

"Oh!" I jumped

"Sorry for scaring you." He laughed

"No, it's good. You're good."

We talked back to the stage and waited for everyone else. The crew was setting up the set so, we sat in the house.

"What time are you coming tonight?"

"I thought we could get dinner somewhere before, so maybe 6:00?"

"Okay, sounds good. And, when are we getting my kitty?"

He laughed loudly

"On our off-day. Friday."

Today was Wednesday. That's in 2 days.

"Well, we need names," I started

Mandy suddenly poked her head in between us. She needs to leave.

"Names for what?" She slightly glared at me and batted her eye lashes at Mike

"Joss and I are moving in together. And we're getting a cat." Mike winked at me

"Exciting!" She fake laughed and finally walked away

I scoffed slightly.

"God, she is so into you." I said tracing Mikes hand

"No, she's not. She's just being nice."

"Mike! Are you kidding! She told me!"

"What ever you say Jocelyn."

"I'm not lying."

"I never said you were."

"You sure did imply it."

"Can we not do this here?" His voice raised slightly

"Fine."

"Fine!" He walked away leaving me sitting there with my thoughts

My eyes travelled around the theater and saw many people looking at me. Tears strung my eyes as I slightly ran back to the dressing room. Inside Portia, Eloise, and Dani were getting there costumes on and chatting happily. They turned to me as I opened the door and saw the tears running down my face. Their faces turned concerned as they pulled me into a chair. They all followed except Portia who sat on the countertops.
