Ninjago Fanfic: The Lightning Serpentine

Chapter 1

It's time we finish this" said Wu. The four ninja and Nya jumped out. "Bring it on, fools" said Garmadon, readying his mega weapon. "Aaaaaarrrrrggh!" he yelled, as a green blur flashed and the top part of the mega weapon was frozen. There, stood the green ninja. "Lloyd, is that you?" asked Garmadon. "Yeah," Lloyd said, "I've grown up a little since the last time you saw me."

"Argh! Stop him!" commanded Garmadon. He ran off into a building and broke the ice on the mega weapon. "Blast these ninja! If only they weren't around!" he yelled, "If only they never existed!" He froze, realizing a perfect plan. "Yes, yes that's it!"

Garmadon raised the mega weapon to the air, "I wish, I could go back in time! Make it so the ninja were never formed in the first place!" The weapon glowed, and a portal appeared in front of him. "Now, to finish the ninja once and for all, so that my son never becomes the green ninja!" he jumped in the portal.

The ninja kicked open the door to the building where Garmadon was. There was a portal in the middle of the room. "He used the mega weapon again!" complained Cole. "Oh swell. Every time he uses that thing something bad happens." said Jay.

The ground started to shake. "What's going on?" yelled Kai. "Is the city sinking?!" asked Jay. "Worse, the city's returning back into the desert. As if it has never happened in the first place!" Zane said. "What?! What does that mean?!" yelled Kai. "What's happening?!" shouted Nya. "Garmadon's gone back in time to make it so Lloyd never turns into the green ninja!" said Zane.

"I... I can't feel my hands..." Lloyd said. "If he changes anything, he changes everything!" said Wu, "Protect the future, ninja!"

The four ninja jumped in the portal.

On the other side of the portal, the ninja splashed into a rice field. "Argh, remind me to pack a helmet the next time we time travel." Jay said.

"Where are we?" wondered Cole. "You mean when are we?" Zane corrected. Kai looked around, he saw a blacksmith shop up the hill. "Hey, wait a minute. This must be the day Garmadon ordered the skeletons to take my sister!" he exclaimed, "We have to warn them—" "Whoa, whoa! You heard what sense I said! Change anything, change everything." Cole reminded. "Yeah, I was confused by that too." said Jay.

"If certain events in our past fail to happen, our world as we know will disappear." Zane said. "Wow, great. That's confusing. You sure know about this stuff." said Jay.

"So we have to stop Garmadon from changing anything. But all of the times, why here?" asked Jay. "Because this is where it all started." Kai replied.
