How we came to be

The beginning of it all

The sound of screws being drilled in and the clashing of metal filled the factory as the humans worked on what they have been saying is their biggest project yet. Some sort of human like robot that can basically do..... well anything a human can.

POV:Tessa

"The mansion will be full of these things soon enough Tessa so I thought I would bring you here to see what they can do" I heard my mother say to me as we walked further into the large factory.

"Ah Ms.Elliot it's a pleasure to have you and your daughter here, please let me guide you to the testing rooms" a guy in a lab coat led us to a huge hallway with a bunch of rooms. He leads us into one of the many rooms, once we entered there was a metal table that had some sort of robot on it.

"We haven't given them actual names yet so right now they just go by one letter, this right here is V she's one of the newer ones we've been working one" the man explained going to other side of the table facing us.

I moved closer to the table to get a better look at her and she was pretty, short white hair with a black headband, a maid like outfit and round glasses. The place I'm sure are her eyes were completely black maybe because she wasn't on or not finished yet.

"Will she be ours?" I ask my mother as I look up at her.

"I'm not sure most of them aren't done yet, but I see that you like her I'll see what I can do." She replied then the lab guy started talking "you can look around and see which ones you like and we can send them right to you"

"Really?!" I say excitedly

"Oh that would be great thank you, Tessa I'm gonna talk with him for a bit why don't you go around and look" My mom bent down to talk to me better.

"Ok!" I start going further into the room looking at the other drones.
