THE KING's WRATH

"Leave at once," commanded the king, his voice booming through the hall. "Never darken my doorstep again. Your transgression will not be forgiven."

Josh ,standing before the king, remained stoic. "I implore you, your highness. I am not a thief."

The king sneered, his eyes narrowing. "You and your wretched family are nothing but filth."

Before the king could finish his sentence, Josh's son, Key, stepped forward. "Do not speak ill of my family, your highness," he declared, his voice ringing with defiance. "Never again will you utter such words."

The room fell silent, the air thick with tension. No one dared to speak.

A sense of unease settled over the room as the king began to speak once more. "Look, look, Josh," he sneered, pointing a finger at Josh's son. "Your filthy son has something to say," and the king, his tone laced with disdain.

The silence that followed was almost palpable, so quiet that even the slightest whisper could be heard. Josh, however, refused to back down. "Your majesty," he said, his voice steady, "do not use such language to refer to my son."

The king's face twisted into a snarl. "You thief!" he spat,"You have to leave Subterra at once for the sake of the people here."

"Guards!" the king's favourite servant, Lars, barked. "Take Josh's family out of here and ensure they never return to this world and for josh lock him up in the cell"

The room erupted into chaos as the guards seized Josh ,dragging them out of the hall. The king watched with a cruel smile on his face, satisfied that justice had been served.

As the guards dragged them through the underground tunnels, Josh and Key  exchanged worried glances. They had been foolish to think they could challenge the king and his authority.

Mia (Josh's wife) and her son Key were thrown out of the underground world...
