Chapter 2

Delilah Miller

I rush to my seat at the back of the classroom where I sit alone. I like sitting by myself because it is quiet and peaceful.

I follow the teacher's instructions and open the current book we are reading to my last read page: Pride and Prejudice.

I feel myself being hypnotised by the pages and the outside world disappears as I'm completely enveloped in the book.

The next few lessons fly by and it's already lunch time! I can't wait to get a cookie! I head to the dinner line and begin waiting for my cookie.

As I'm waiting I'm pushed against the wall as him and his friends push their way to the front. I sigh as I watch him disappear because I know he will never want me. As I do my whole body tenses as the last guy of his group: Jordan Williams touches my ass. I gasp and try to move away but there was nowhere to go other than further against the wall. Jordan then leaned his head down towards my ear and whispers

"Hello sexy, I want some of that ass soon"

I gasp in fear as he pulls away and smirks disgustingly at me before catching up with his friends. Nobody around me noticed what just happened as he was very discreet in his actions. When he is far enough gone I finally released the breath I hadn't realised was holding and take a deep breath to calm my nerves.

I no longer want a cookie so I make my way out of the line. As i'm walking from the line, I pull out my water bottle and begin taking a sip of the delicious berries and lemon flavoured water!
It was pure bliss! Though it quickly turned into a disaster as I trip over someone's foot and land straight on my hands and knees. Smashing my favourite glass bottle in the process.
