I walked into the gym once again as I did last year. Four days before school and this was the volley ball workshop. We got our numbers for our spots and began with warm ups. Everyone looked nervous and it smelled like B.O. I saw Coach Kyle and the assistant coaches in all there were four coaches. So it began. Girls were attempting to spike and serve most of them couldn't though. My overhand serve is pretty deadly, just got to work on that aim. The girl next to me looked new, I haven't noticed her before and lord knows I am acquainted with everyone. She had brown hair but purple in her pony tail bangs. She was bumping the volley ball with Hayley Attebary. Who looked pissed as ever? The girl kept saying sorry. We started hanging out and she turned out to be pretty nice. Unlike a lot of people I know.We ended up having lunch together and the people who normally hated me hated me there. I acted my average happy self and was loud as usual. The new girl looked kinda scared of me and was being quiet. I just couldn't remember her name. She laughed and joked a little. Still getting over those new kid nerves I bet.

My mom drove me to the school where the volleyball workshop was at. My new school actually. I watched as everyone went into the auditorium doors but I forced my mom to park in the other parking lot because I was dying of anxiety. I didn't actually want to do this but I chose it so I could get to know people. So when we walked in 6th graders were still doing their warm ups and getting numbers so me and my mom just stood there looking idiotic. I had put purple in my hair with hair chalk but it wasn't feeling as cool as it did. When warm ups started I was late and didn't have anyone to work with."do you need a partner?" A redheaded 8th grader asked, I nod and say thanks when she directs me to a blonde who looks pissed at me for not setting it all the way t her. Although she couldn't bump it more than two feet without swinging her arms in her face and tumbling backwards. In all actuality she seemed like a snot. But who was I to judge? A nobody thank you very much, I was the person being judged by everyone and their posies.
