Marinette POV
Today was Adrien's birthday, so I wanted to do something special. I went to the store and got a cake for him. When I got home, I sat with Adrien down on the couch. He didn't know about the cake. We were eating some blueberries when my belly started killing me! Adrien noticed and remembered that I was 36 weeks. " Babe I think your having contractions." He said worryingly. Then I screamed. " NYEEEEAAGGHH!!!!!!" I understood now, I was in labor! " Take me to the hospital NOW!!!!" It was hurting so bad. Adrien quickly got the car and pressed on the gas pedal. " Just breathe Marinette, you got this!" I had two more contractions before we reached the hospital. Now I was breathing really heavy. The nurse was ready for me in the room. I was waiting for the doctor when I had the worst contraction. "NYEEAAGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!" I was crying now. The nurse hit the red button and said " All units to room 301." Moments later there were two doctors in the room ready to help me. " Just breathe ok hon, you got this ok! Now PUSH!" The nurse said. I screamed. Adrien was right there, squeezing my hand. " You got this babe, just breathe. She's almost out!" Finally , after two more pushes, it was over. I could hear Adrien start crying. " You did it! She's out! You did it!" I looked and saw her crying. Then I started crying. She was beautiful. After she got cleaned off. I got to hold her. " Hi baby! Your so cute!" She stopped crying and looked at me. " Shes got your eyes Adrien!" I said happily. Then Adrien held her. He was so happy. " Hey baby, it's daddy." After that , Emma fell asleep in my arms. Adrien told me " You did amazing! I'm super proud of you." I smiled at him. " Thank you."
Adrien POV
I was holding baby Emma when Mari said with a disappointed look on her face. " I'm sorry I couldn't get you a present. I tried to but my belly star-." I cut her off my kissing her. She looked at me with tears starting to bawl up. " What was that for?" I looked at her and smiled. " You just gave me the best gift in the world. Our baby. Nothing in the world would beat this!" The doctor suddenly spoke up and asked what her name was . " Emma, Emma Agreste." We both said. He nodded and said, " Mark that she was born on January 3rd on 11:06 pm." I looked at Marinette and she smiled at me. " Happy Birthday my love." I smiled back and said. " Thank you sweetheart. I love you." She nodded and said. " I love you too." I kissed her while held Emma. It was a passionate kiss. We pulled away and she yawned. " Get some rest. You need it." She nodded and closed her eyes. I held baby Emma and cooed at her. She didn't open her eyes but she showed her gummy smile. I looked at Marinette and she was already asleep. I put Emma in her arms and put my head on the bed. My hand hurt really bad because Marinette was squeezing it so hard.I felt like it was broken. I closed my eyes dreaming about our life ahead with my little family.
