Too Much Pressure
Jackie's Pov:
I woke up around 4am after getting no sleep the night before. I grabbed my phone and started scrolling through tik tok admiring all the pretty people on the app. I got up after 30 minutes of scrolling and went downstairs to make myself a coffee.
"Good morning Jackie!" a babyish voice came from the living room
"Jackie! Jackie!" my baby brother called to me again.
"Hey little lion." His name is Leon but in Spanish it sounds like a lion so I sorta call him that now.
I walk into the living room and his curly hair bounces on his way over to me.
"I want waffles please!" he says as I pick him up and carry him to his chair in the dining room.
"ok little lion, wait for a bit ok?" I say as I walk to the freezer to get the waffles out.
"ok bubs!" he says smiling and plays with his fingures as he waits, he calls me bubs becuase im non-binary and go by they/them so he cant really call me his brother or sister and i love him calling me bubs, its cute.
I pulled out the toaster and plugged it in and put the waffles in. As I wait for the waffles I get my brother his milk in his sippy cup.
"Here you go little lion." i say and ruffle his hair as i hand him his milk
"thank you bubs." he says politely
"morning bitches." my 13 year old sister says as she walks down the stairs
"hey! What did I say about cursing in front of Leon." i say like a parent
"stop trying to be like our parents, you're not, wait where are our parents hmmm....Oh that's right, they left us 2 years ago." she says sarcastically
"Will, I told you not to bring that up in front of Leon." i say sternly
I sigh, "what do you want for breakfast?" i ask
"nothing..." she says
"Will you have to eat something?"
"Sorry, I'll take a waffle." She says she loves me, I'm her favorite but in the mornings she's a real pain in the ass.
"Jaaackkieeeeee!" I hear a scream from upstairs, I force myself to run up the stairs and make my way to my 14 year old brother's room. I barge in the room.
"What! What happened! Are you ok Ell" i say in a panic with Will behind me peeking over my arm
"There's a spider rrrr!" he screams
"ugh i swear to god." i say annoyed
I walk over to stomp on it.
"WAIT! DON'T HURT IT!" He screams
"ugh ok." i say rolling my eyes
i pick it up
"hey little guy~" i say to it, it was a daddy long legs so it wouldn't do anything
I took it to my room and looked for a box to put it in for now. I found a box and put it in.
"Hey Jak~" my boyfriend walks up behind me and says
I blush.
"h-hey Dutch." i manage to stutter out
He turns me around and wraps his arms around my slim body pulling me into a kiss
