Name: Zentreya (yeah I know this is a Vtuber but hey her lore is so interesting that I had to put her into RWBY, she's one of my favorite Vtuber's so yeah there's that)

Abilities:
Increased speed- due to her being a synthetic and with numerous upgrades over the past thousand years she has grown to be as fast as 2 Bullheads combined
Augmented strength- again thanks to numerous upgrades she is much stronger than the strongest human, being able to carry a Bullhead with ease and lift an Atlesian airship with some struggle. I repeat lift, like get off the ground but not move it to a different location.
Intellect- again due to being around for thousands of years she is incredibly smart.
Swordsmanship- Being thousands of years old she is a master swordsman, she is skilled enough to take down 5 hordes of Grimm easily
Adaptability- Being a Synthetic and her adding a program that allows her to predict, copy, and counter any fighting styles she encounters.
TTS- When she was created proper Synthetic voices were hard to create so instead she has the standard Text To Speech voice (For those who don't know what Zentreya sounds like, watch a clip, wait actually here and this was when she was in her Dragon phase but she still hasn't changed her voice) She can even use it to copy a person's voice to trick them, she could use a new voice but she chooses to keep the one she has now to remember her creator.
Anti-Magnetism- Throughout her time on Remnant she discovered a way to make her and her body immune to magnetism, anything magnetic, semblances, actual magnets or crane magnets, she is not effected by it.
Perception- At some point she upgraded her eyes to keep up with her Adaptability program and it passively gave her the ability to see in different ways, night-vision and infrared.
Soul- just like Penny she was created with a sou but the documents of her soul's creation was lost so she is technically the first machine with a soul but again, the documents were wiped from history.
Semblance: Dragon's soul- Her semblance allows her to create spectral claws, wings, and tail, it increases her strength, speed, and reaction time, but in this state she can easily be controlled by her emotions.
